- Chemical Family:Urethane Acrylates
- End Uses:Radiation Curable Coating, Varnishes, Screen Printing Ink, Gravure Ink
EBECRYL® 286 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer diluted with 25% tripropyleneglycol diacrylate (TPGDA)(1) monomer that sets itself apart by excluding intentionally added organic tin compounds and heavy metals. This versatile product finds application in radiation-curable coatings, gravure ink, varnishes, and screen printing ink. Noteworthy features include faster cycle time, a good balance of properties, high gloss, improved mechanical resistance, long pot life, low energy consumption, low-temperature curing, and outdoor durability. Additionally, EBECRYL® 286 aligns with labeling claims of being bisphenol A-free, boasting a low carbon footprint (PCF), and promoting a solvent-free formulation.
