DIACARNA™ 30M is a copolymer of α-olefin and maleic anhydride. Applications include as a compounding additive for filler dispersant and adhesion promoter for PA/GF composites.

SPP-10 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent. The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

Neptune 5223 is a synthetic wax that has been oxidized to provide water wettability and has a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

CeraSPERSE 171 is a synthetic wax compounded in refined linseed oil. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

ULTRALUBE® GA 7092 is fine particle sized wax dispersion used to improve the surface qualities. It is available as aqueous dispersion of wax compound.

PETROFIBE® 0201A is a dark brown industrial-grade petrolatum of medium-hard consistency. PETROFIBE® 0201A finds economical use in applications not requiring the more expensive USP or NF grades.

NonSKID 8001 is a combination of micronized polypropylene and PTFE. Shamrock’s NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces.

EBECRYL® 741 is an adhesion-promoting resin with excellent pigment dispersion properties, specifically formulated for radiation-curable screen inks. It is labeled as bisphenol A-free, solvent-free, and VOC-free, contributing to a low carbon footprint (PCF). Tykote 1019 is a carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion that has a firm hand with excellent film strength properties. It is intended for use as a base polymer in the formulation of barrier coatings for paper and paperboard packaging. Tykote 1019 imparts excellent water resistance, and has good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. Tykote 1019 is recommended for use in paper and paperboard coatings where a high degree of water and water vapor resistance is needed. It may also be formulated into barrier laminating adhesives for paper-to-paper, paper-to-film, and foil-to-paper. HydroCER 584 is a 35% aqueous dispersion of high molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-395-SP5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity, and the high onset of melt. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color.
