BOMART BR-3747AE is a difunctional, flexible, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate. In addition to our typical substrates, BR-3747AE provides adhesion to variety of unusual substrates: polypropylene, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). This unique product adheres well to a variety of metals, glass, and plastics. It is also an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSA as a co-oligomer.

UVX‐070219 is a low viscosity, fast curing urethane acrylate that bonds well to engineered plastics and metal substrates. This product requires direct UV exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV light sources it is suggested that the user test and specify UV intensity and exposure time. PUREsorb 783 is a synergistic blend of PUREsorb 622 and PUREsorb 944. It is a versatile light stabilizer with good extraction resistance, low gas fading and low pigment interaction. PUREsorb 783 is well suited for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE films, tapes and thick sections and for PP films. PUREsorb 783 is also the product of choice for thick sections where indirect food contact approval is required.

It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

Bomar BR-3741AJ is an aliphatic 1.3 acrylate functional polyether urethane. The extremely elongative nature of BR-3741AJ makes it an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSAs as a reactive tackifier. It is also used as a co-oligomer for adhesion promotion in coatings. Films formulated with BR-3741AJ are highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. This oligomer is an excellent adhesion promoter, and compared to other reactive tackifiers it results in relatively tougher films. It is a perfect choice for optically clear UV pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs).
