NORYL™ SA110A resin is a low molecular weight polymer based on polyphenylene ether (PPE). Miscibility of NORYL SA110A resin in polystyrene may allow use as a styrene endblock reinforcing resin in a variety of materials like styrene-based rubbers and styrene block copolymers. Adding NORYL SA110A resin to these systems may improve heat resistance (adhesion at elevated temperatures) while maintaining peel strength. The viscosity profile of NORYL SA110A resin makes it a good potential candidate for melt extrusion tape processes.

SHIKOH™ UV-3520TH is an aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer with soft elasticity, good toughness and high elongation. It shows unique mechanical properties with various reactive diluents. SHIKOH™ UT-7792 is a bio-based urethane acrylate oligomer. (Development product) Its biomass degree is 71% while its mechanical properties are the same as a non-biomass grade UV-3300B, with higher elongation and very soft rubbery elasticity suitable for using UV-curable adhesives for electronics devices. NORYL™ SA90 resin is a low molecular weight bi-functional oligomer with increased hydroxyl functionality based on polyphenylene ether (PPE). It has the potential to be used as a reactive component in epoxy and cyanate ester thermosets in electronics, coatings, adhesives, and composites applications. It has outstanding solubility in toluene & methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) and a low solution viscosity. Potential application areas include enhancing the performance (e.g. thermal, dielectric, mechanical, flame retardancy, and moisture uptake properties) of epoxy resins used in electronic packaging which include PCB laminates, copper clad laminates, epoxy prepregs, and protective coatings as well as various other composites applications. NORYL SA90 resin can also be blended with thermoplastic elastomers and cured elastomers, which may support the enhancement of certain properties. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

NORYL™ SA9000 resin is a modified, low molecular weight, bi-functional oligomer based on polyphenylene ether (PPE) with vinyl end-groups. It is well suited for use with other unsaturated monomers and resins which cure via free radical reactions. These include styrenic, allylic, acrylic, maleimide, methacrylic, and unsaturated polyesters monomers and resins. It has a low solution viscosity and outstanding solubility in toluene & methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). Key application areas are in electronic packaging which include PCB laminates, copper clad laminates, non-epoxy prepregs, and adhesives. The use of NORYL SA9000 is especially advantageous in insulating materials where very low dielectric properties and decreased moisture absorption are required. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. NORYL™ SA120 is a low molecular weight polymer based on polyphenylene ether(PPE). NORYL SA120 is intended for use as an additive in a variety of materials like styrene-based rubbers and block copolymers, epoxies, phenolics, polyurethanes and unsaturated polyesters. Adding NORYL SA120 resin to these systems may improve thermal performance (glass transition temperature), adhesion at elevated temperatures, toughness, dimensional stability, chemical resistance to acids and bases, moisture absorption, and electrical properties (dielectric constant, dissipation factor). This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Access Rudolf Organosilane G301-1H is a highly reactive, clear, colorless liquid used as a reactive diluent in various applications, including adhesives, coatings, and sealants. This product provides excellent adhesion, improved durability, and enhanced flexibility, making it perfect for use in demanding environments. Access Rudolf Organosilane G301-1H can also be used as a crosslinking agent in silicone rubber applications, providing improved mechanical properties and resistance to heat and chemicals.

K-FLEX® UD-320-100 a 100% solids version of K-FLEX® UD-320 recommended for prepolymer synthesis and 100% solids WB/SB melamine crosslinked systems or 2K PU. Used for preparation of polyester polyurethanes or alkyd polyurethanes. It provides hardness and exterior durability.

K-FLEX® UD-320 is a high solids, aliphatic, low molecular weight urethane diol oligomer. It is soluble in polar organic solvents and has broad compatibility with acrylic, polyester, and alkyd resins. K-FLEX® UD-320 will increase the hardness of a melamine crosslinked system. When used to modify a 2-component polyurethane, it will increase hardness and flexibility. K-FLEX® UD-320 responds best to a zirconium chelate catalyst when used in isocyanate crosslinked systems.

V#802 has unique structure. Some pentaerthritols are connected each other and then acrylated, so it has high functionality, 7-10. The properties of V#802 are extended DPHA. Although Double bond equivalent is PETA < DPHA < #802, it has very hard property and high sensitivity. It has high molecular weight and viscosity, but the compatibility is not so bad. V#802 is solved into IPA, Toluene, Ethyl acetate, MEK and so on. .

Bomar® BR-744BT is an aliphatic difunctional polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, and flexibility. While not limited to the applications, BR-744BT is an effective choice in optical coating for plastics and UV pressure-sensitive adhesives. Provides solvent resistance, is durable, and has high gloss in ink and coating applications. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications, and is INCI listed.

EBECRYL® 8296 is a radiation-curable coating available in solid form, appearing as a white solid product. Known for its bisphenol A-free composition, it boasts a low carbon footprint (pcf) and is both solvent-free and voc-free. Primarily targeted at the automotive and transportation sectors, this product is designed for applications such as automotive OEM coatings and finishes. When it comes to application, it can be efficiently applied using curtain coating, roller, and spray methods.

BR-441BI20 is a fast-curing, high tensile strength, low molecular weight aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate with low color, high hardness, and excellent adhesion to plastic substrates. BR-441BI20 can be considered for use in high tensile strength overprint varnishes, high tensile strength 3D printing resins, and non-yellowing coatings.

EBECRYL® 833 is a high-functionality polyester acrylate oligomer known for its good reactivity in the presence of free radicals. This oligomer is compatible with a wide range of acrylated resins and serves as a Bisphenol A (BPA)-free alternative to EBECRYL 150 in UV (ultraviolet) and EB (electron beam) curable inks and coatings. It is particularly useful when improved cure response, hardness, and scratch/abrasion resistance are desired. EBECRYL 833 features faster cycle time, improved chemical resistance, improved hardness, long pot life, low energy consumption, and low-temperature curing. Applications include wood coatings and finishes, furniture coatings, and industrial coatings.

Bomar BR-3741AJ is an aliphatic 1.3 acrylate functional polyether urethane. The extremely elongative nature of BR-3741AJ makes it an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSAs as a reactive tackifier. It is also used as a co-oligomer for adhesion promotion in coatings. Films formulated with BR-3741AJ are highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. This oligomer is an excellent adhesion promoter, and compared to other reactive tackifiers it results in relatively tougher films. It is a perfect choice for optically clear UV pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs).

BR-990S2 is a dual-functional urethane acrylate with isocyanate functional groups. While products formulated with BR-990S2 can be cured with a UV light source, a free isocyanate can also react with ambient moisture to complete the curing process. This UV+moisture curing process will benefit applications where shadow areas are present. BR—990S2 can also be used as a component in a 2K UV+Heat curable product, the other component being a polyol, glycol, or other compound with OH functional groups. A diol, or compound with two OH groups, will exhibit the best properties because it enables chain growth rather than chain termination. BR-990S2 exhibits good flexibility and develops good tensile strength when cured using both UV light and moisture. More flexible products can also be formulated with BR-990S2, different polyols, and UV+heat curing processes.

Casathane® 2127 is a film forming, non reactive urethane prepolymer designed for use in flexo or gravure packaging inks. Casathane® 2127 produces a harder film than Casathane® 2125 & 2126. Casathane® 2127 is compatible in all proportions with nitrocellulose, has excellent reducibility with alcohols and estersand has low odor and high flexibility.

BR-742M is a medium molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane methacrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and hardness balance. BR-742M offers an excellent balance of gloss, low heat generation, low color, and low MeHQ for nail coating applications. It canalso be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and glass. Due to its low solvent resistance, it can be formulated into solvent strippable temporary coatings. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

Bomar™ BR-345 is a difunctional polyether urethane acrylate that provides unique properties for 3D printing resins. This soft material is ideal for use in applications where high elongation is desired, and can be used as an additive for impact resistance. Resins with less than 1000 cps can be formulated with this material when monomer levels are above 50%.
