VINNAPAS® EF 539 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer. It was specifically formulated as an environmentally friendly binder for intermediate-grade caulk formulations. The manufacturing process excludes the use of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEOs), ensuring a reduced environmental impact. No formaldehyde or formaldehyde donors are intentionally added to this product. Furthermore, VINNAPAS® EF 539 has a low glass transition temperature (Tg), which contributes to its desirable performance characteristics.

VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds, organic solvents, or plasticizers. Due to its low VOC content, VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is ideal for manufacturing low-emission products.

VINNAPAS® 561 ED is a low Tg polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It exhibits excellent elongation, flexibility, and water resistance, making it ideal for numerous construction applications. VINNAPAS® 561 ED exhibits high filler loading capabilities and is compatible with both fully and partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohols, as well as other synthetic latex polymer dispersions (such as styrene/acrylic and pure acrylic dispersions).

VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue. VINNAPAS® EF 8001 (CTY) is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer. This product possesses a low glass transition temperature (Tg) as well as a low minimum film formation temperature (MFFT).

VINNAPAS® EP 4600 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +5°C. This dispersion was specifically formulated to have a low viscosity and high solids content, allowing it to accommodate high levels of fillers.

VINNAPAS® EP 3455 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. The dispersion offers very high scrub resistance, excellent hiding power, and exceptional pigment binding ability.

VINNAPAS® 827 ED is an all-round construction dispersion for two-component dry mix mortars and ready-to-use dispersion-based construction products. It is specifically suitable for ETICS/EIFS applications as a cement admix dispersion or sole binder in ready-to-use ETICS/EIFS base or top coats. VINNAPAS® 827 ED is a semi-flexible, medium-particle-size synthetic resin dispersion based on a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride, and it contains a protective colloid.

VINNAPAS® 530 ND is a construction dispersion for primers, cement admixes, and repair mortars. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is based on a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer. It reduces the elastic modulus and enhances adhesion. VINNAPAS® 530 ND is an unplasticized 55% dispersion of a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer in water.

VINNAPAS® 920 is a carboxylated, poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized, vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 °C. It offers excellent flow, wetting, and adhesion to a wide variety of polymeric films, coatings, and other difficult substrates.

VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is a medium-particle-size, protective colloid-containing aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride. The principal feature of VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is its wide range of uses in coating systems containing opacifying pigments. The dispersion is low in odor and is produced without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. It demonstrates excellent machinability and strong wet tack. Additionally, it offers enhanced adhesion to films, including polyvinyl chloride. VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is chemically stable at both high and low pH. It has very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses. VINNAPAS® 315 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. Specifically formulated as a base for high-speed packaging adhesives, VINNAPAS® 315 demonstrates remarkable wet tack and thickening responses. VINNAPAS® 323 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +23 °C. It is specifically developed as a fast-setting and high-heat-resistant dispersion, offering compatibility with fully hydrolyzed PVOH. VINNAPAS® 323 is designed as a base for high-speed packaging applications. It demonstrates excellent wet tack, fast setting properties, and a moderate response to plasticizer thickening.

VINNAPAS® 418 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a soft hand is required. The dispersion combines moderately high solid content with a low viscosity, a combination that permits the addition of very high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with high solid contents.

VINNAPAS® EP 706K (NJG) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue. VINNAPAS® EP 724 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature of approximately +19°C, which is the highest among the VINNAPAS® EP product lines. It possesses exceptional cohesive strength (heat resistance) and tensile strength. The dried film formed by VINNAPAS® EP 724 is more flexible than PVAc polymer while maintaining good tensile strength and high creep resistance. Furthermore, the dried film exhibits low levels of tack.

VINNAPAS® EP 3036 NJG is a high-viscosity, low formaldehyde, and low-free VAM residue vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. This emulsion contains no solvent or plasticizer, has a very low VOC content, and does not contain alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (APEO). VINNAPAS® EP 3036 NJG is chemically stable at both high and low pH. It is compatible with other materials in the coating formulation as well as the other VINNAPAS® EP dispersions.

VINNAPAS® EZ 3112 is a protective colloid-stabilized dispersion of a vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. It is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. It offers excellent adhesion to substrates such as structural steelwork. VINNAPAS® EZ 3112 exhibits significant foam development and expansion, and it has higher hydrophobicity compared to standard VAEs. Additionally, it achieves fire resistance classes up to F120.

VINNAPAS® 401 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -15 °C. It is specifically formulated to provide easy clean-up, extended open time, and exceptional film flexibility. VINNAPAS® EN 421 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking copolymer dispersion of vinyl acetate and ethylene, manufactured without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-based materials. It is particularly suitable for formulating heat-curing or self-curing adhesives. This dispersion offers the softness and flexibility typical of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer adhesive base.

VINNAPAS® EP 645 is a specially modified vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion designed to provide excellent adhesion to a wide range of difficult-to-bond substrates. The dispersion is stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to ensure good wet tack, fast setting speed, and excellent machinability.

VINNAPAS® EP 400 is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion. It is suitable for a range of applications, including adhesives for paper packaging and PVC furniture foil adhesives.

VINNAPAS® EP 1 is a plasticizer-free polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, providing a permanently flexible glue line. It is particularly suitable for applications such as adhesives for paper packaging and PVC furniture foil adhesives.

VINNAPAS® EP 705K (ULS) is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer that is protected with PVOH. It has a moderate viscosity and is produced without the use of formaldehyde donors. The polymer's backbone provides the dried adhesive film with toughness and flexibility, which remain even when exposed to water immersion and temperature fluctuations.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that offers good machinability and strong wet tack. VINNAPAS® EP 8178 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3 °C. This dispersion is specifically designed as a high-performance, ultra-high-solids dispersion for weather-resistant air barriers. VINNAPAS® EF 818 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer. This dispersion exhibits excellent adhesion to films and metals, and it also offers impressive cohesive film strength. Furthermore, it has the ability to be crosslinked.

VINNAPAS® 536 ED is a versatile polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with a high solid content. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content is below 1000 ppm. The dispersion is characterized by high bonding strength combined with increased flexural strength and good compatibility with inorganic fillers like CaCO3.

VINNAPAS® EAF 7815 (Scale-up Product) is a very low Tg aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylic esters. It is produced without the use of plasticizers or alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. Due to its low odor, it is also suitable for indoor use.

VINNAPAS® EP 706 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene-based copolymer that is produced without the use of formaldehyde donors. It offers good machinability and strong wet tack, providing enhanced adhesion to films such as polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EP 706 exhibits very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses.

VINNAPAS® EN 1092 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens and textile coating markets. It is produced without the use of plasticizers and is based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® EN 1092 provides a unique combination of high dry and wet strength, making it an excellent choice for various applications. The dispersion has a low formaldehyde content of less than 100 ppm, ensuring compliance with strict standards. It is particularly recommended as a binder for glassfiber scrims, offering a firm handfeel and excellent alkaline resistance.
