STEPAN® MWA-560 HS is a diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based modified polyester polyol that can exhibit hydrolysis resistance and good thermal stability. It can also exhibit a good hardness/flexibility balance, clarity, and low color. It can be used in metalworking formulations for improved lubrication properties. It shows improved lubrication by showing a reduced average scar when compared to the current industry standard.

STEPAN® MWA-570 HS is a diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based modified polyester polyol that exhibits hydrolysis resistance and good thermal stability. It exhibits a good hardness/flexibility balance, clarity, and low color. It is used in metalworking formulations for improved lubrication properties and is a great option as a chlorinated paraffin replacement, either alone or with the addition of phosphate esters. It also shows improved lubrication by showing a reduced average scar when compared to the current industry standard.

VISIOMER® EHMA (2-Ethylhexyl methacrylate) is a hydrophobic monomer with a low glass transition temperature (Tg), minimal shrinkage, and low viscosity. Dianhydrides & Imides BISDA (4,4-bisphenol A dianhydride, dianhydrides of BPA) are flakes that can serve as a comonomer in polyimide synthesis or as an anhydride curing agent in epoxy applications. When utilized as an epoxy curative, it can enhance thermal performance compared to monoanhydrides and aromatic amine curing agents. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

K-FLEX® A307 is a low viscosity, 100% solids linear, saturated, aliphatic polyester diol. This product is designed as a flexibility modifier for acrylic/isocyanate and acrylic/melamine systems.

K-FLEX® A308 is a low-viscosity polyester diol designed as a flexibility modifier for acrylic/isocyanate and acrylic/melamine systems. K-FLEX® A308 provides good hardness and adhesion while allowing lower VOC levels.

K-FLEX® 148 is a lower viscosity version of K-FLEX® 188 designed for formulating higher solids content with good hardness and increased flexibility.

K-FLEX® 171-90 is a chain extended version of K-FLEX® 188 with low crosslinker demand. Although it is slower reacting in isocyanate crosslinked systems than K-FLEX® 188, it offers improved adhesion and flexibility.

K-FLEX® XM-359 is designed to provide long pot life in 2K polyurethanes and to prevent yellowing resulting from interaction with benzotriazole (BZT) UV absorbers in clearcoat systems. K-FLEX® XM-359 is a saturated, aliphatic resin modifier.

BW-431 white microcrystalline wax is hard, brittle, and has a 180°F melt point.

BW-408 white microcrystalline wax is soft and tacky with a 145°F melt point.

BW-429 yellow microcrystalline wax is soft, flexible, and has a 165°F melt point.

Slush Casting Wax, Medium is a high quality, medium casting wax for lost wax casting. It casts easily, withstands handling when cold without cracking and it burns out cleanly. This is a medium hardness, general purpose slush casting wax. It shows good air release properties and a degree of flexibility to allow easy removal from the mold and provides excellent reproduction of detail. Like all our casting waxes, our medium slush casting wax is formulated to leave minimal to no residue.

BW-430white microcrystalline wax is soft, flexible, and has a 160°F melt point.

K-FLEX® XM-332 is an ultra low-viscosity polyester polyol modifier resin designed to provide improved flexibility in solvent-based, high solids and solventless systems. Compared to other K-FLEX® polyester diols, XM-332 produces the softest films. K-FLEX® XM-332 is recommended for use in air dry/force dry 2-component polyurethanes and blocked isocyanate systems.

Jewellery Injection Wax is an all-purpose injection wax that provides the ideal balance of characteristics demanded by most designers and casters. It offers excellent flow and flexibility for injecting intricate molds and minimal shrinkage for large molds. Turquoise Flakes are also recommended for stone-in-place casting. Many prefer the darker color for easier visual verification of fine detail.

K-FLEX® XM-337 is an aliphatic saturated polyester diol modifier resin designed to provide increased toughness and chemical resistance for solvent-based and high solids systems. It is recommended for use in 1 and 2 component polyurethanes, and blocked isocyanate systems. Benefits include low color, UV durability, high hardness, high impact resistance, abrasion resistance and overall increased toughness.

BR-1041MB is a biobased polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer with a substantial amount of biobased content and is tin-free. This is a harder version of BR-1043MB. This oligomer has a good balnce of toughness and flexibility. It has the ability to adhere to a variety of plastic substrates. The biobased backbone, methacrylate functionality and tin-free nature make this an excellent choice for consumer applications with low irritancy.

K-FLEX® 188 is a highly reactive, aliphatic polyester diol which is recommended for aminoplast or isocyanate crosslinked coatings, inks, sealants, elastomers, and adhesives. K-FLEX® 188 is the most versatile polyester diol in the K-FLEX® line.

Cardanol CAN-60 is a naturally occurring Phenol manufactured from CNSL. It is a monohydroxyl Phenol having a long hydrocarbon Chain (C₁₅H₂₇) in the meta position.
