Nomex® AHN-4120-3/16-3.0 OX is an Aerospace Grade Nomex® Honeycomb which exhibits high strength and toughness in a small cell, low density, non-metallic honeycomb. It is particularly noted for its corrosion resistance. This material is fire resistant and is typically used in transport aircraft construction where low O.S.U., smoke, and toxicity characteristics are a necessity. This material also exhibits good thermal insulation properties and also has good dielectic properties. This honeycomb is easily machined, formed, and shaped and well suited to adhesive bonding.

Toray Toray MicroPly™ EX-1541 cyanate ester syntactic foam is extremely unique in the industry due to its coupling of extremely low density and good structural properties. If packed well, the material does not require pressing during cure to achieve its mechanical properties and is easily machined to shape if required. Toray MicroPly™ EX-1541 is simply packed or injected into tooling cavities and can also be extruded with the proper tooling. Toray MicroPly™ EX 1541’s inherently low dielectric/low loss performance makes it ideal for radomes, antennas, and radar transparent structures, while its cyanate ester backbone chemistry assures low moisture absorption and low outgassing. These latter two features coupled with Toray MicroPly™ EX-1541’s low isotropic CTE make it ideal for spacecraft and other dimensionally stable structures and tooling. Toray MicroPly™ EX-1541 can be accurately machined and hand-finished. Sanding and fairing is easily performed on cured Toray MicroPly™ EX-1541 and is similar to working with balsa wood. Variants from 176–384 kg/m³ (11–24 lb/ft³) (pcf) are available.

Gillcore® HK is a Kelvar ® aramid fiber reinforced honeycomb which is coated with heat resistant phenolic resin. Kevlar ® honeycomb cores exhibit enhanced performance characteristics over Nomex® honeycomb core in the areas of weight, strength, stiffness and fatigue. Gillcore® HK provides a wide range of honeycomb types, including different cell sizes, cell geometries, paper thicknesses and densities, for commercial, military, aerospace and defense applications.

HexWeb HRP is a glass fabric reinforced honeycomb in which a heat-resistant phenolic resin is used both for initial and final impregnations. This product was developed for use at service temperatures up to 175°C. However, it is also well suited for short exposures at higher temperatures. The HRP-series honeycomb is available in the standard hexagonal configuration, as well as in the two formable geometries - OX-Core® and Flex-Core®.

SynFoam ELG is a two part closed cell syntactic resin system that is based on epoxy rather than polyurethane chemistry. ELG can withstand continuous exposure up to 300oF and retain it's rigidity. SynFoam ELG has low dielectric loss and dielectric properties. The weight is significantly lower than most low loss materials used for electronic applications. The system is suitable for both electronic potting and encapsulation as well as structural support. SynFoam ELG is shipped as two components which when mixed together can be poured and cast into various shapes and sizes. SynFoam ELG is available in 1 and 5 gallon kit sizes. Each kit contains an A and B side that must be mixed together prior to casting. SynFoam ELG does not require temperature to cure, but requires higher postcure temperatures to reach the maximum service use temperature. Please consult the appropriate instructions prior to using ELG.

SynFoam SI is a RTV silicone rubber based syntactic foam that can provide for continuous exposure up to 350oF. The system is suitable for both electronic potting and encapsulation. SynFoam SI is a closed cell foam that is easy to cast in place and will provide a smooth surface. SynFoam SI is ideal for shock and vibration dampening applications requiring a lightweight, flexible material with excellent thermal and electrical properties. SynFoam SI grades are available as 1 gallon and 5-gallon kits. We also provide custom coloring of SI products. Kayco Composites U10 is a rigid, closed-cell, high-density polyurethane foam core panel. It is a foam with no reinforcement.

ACP Composites Aramid Honeycomb Core - Standard Cell .060" is a lightweight, high strength, nonmetallic honeycomb core material manufactured from meta-aramid fiber paper with a 1/8" hexangular cell and density of 1.8 pounds per cubic foot (PCF). After the honeycomb is formed, it is coated with a heat resistant phenolic resin to increase its strength and thermal properties. It exhibits high strength-to-weight ratio, exceptional stiffness, and is very bondable.

ARPRO® 3429GRFR is a fire retardant expanded polypropylene.

Soric® XF 3 is the cost effective solution for closed mold processes. It is used as core material and infusion medium. It is a pressure stable polyester nonwoven and compatible with all regular types of resins, including Polyester, Vinylester, Phenolic and Epoxy. It is suitable for closed mold processes, including Infusion, RTM Light, RTM Heavy.

Plastazote® is a closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene block foam manufactured using Zotefoams unique production process.Plastazote® 5SLD33JGN-0086 is a low density polyethylene foam.

Kayco Composites R15 is a rigid, closed-cell, high-density polyurethane foam core panel. The reinforced panel is a sandwich construction with fiberglass reinforcements. The fiberglass reinforcements are offered in several schedules.

Nidagravel 129XS gives an impression of space and allows to combine mineral and vegetal. It is ideal for integrating a natural look into an outdoor setting. Installed at the foot of the wall, the small nidagravel plates have a dimension adapted to the realization of gravel bands (also called “cleaning bands”) on the outskirts of the house. These gravel bands prevent splashing on the plaster in the event of rain, for example. The nidagravel can be easily transported in the trunk of a car and quickly allows various permeable and durable outdoor arrangements (gravel courtyards, paths, alleys, parking lots, terraces, etc.) The alveolar structure of nidagravel plates® keeps the gravel perfectly square.
