C-TAPE™ U300P 12K HS FT* is a unidirectional carbon fiber tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 310 gsm. It is made using 12K HS carbon fiber. The binding provided by the weft, ensures the regularity of the product’s appearance; This carbon tape is used primarily for local reinforcement with epoxy resin. * FOE fiber available upon request

XTX Composites 3216FR Epoxy Resin is mainly applied in fire retardant level requirement of fiber reinforced composite material structures, such as rail transportation, yachts, car interiors and part structure composite material. This resin composite material structure, when heated and close to the fire will not release toxic and harmful gasses. Especially suitable for infusion process, RTM process (low viscosity and low surface tension of resin can quickly be capillary action, fully infiltrate various reinforced material) and had lay-up process. 3216FR resin with 3216AH is for infusion process; 3216FR resin with 3216BH is for hand lay-up process.

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 204 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites, metal-to-metal bonding structures, and resin infusion layup processes. It is a white nylon with red tracers to prevent material being left behind. This Heat Set and scoured finish material is a 100% Nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 419° F (212° C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. The fabric leaves a rough surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths.

LAM-125 / LAM-224 has Low viscosity for quick wet out of synthetic composite fabrics; especially effective with Kevlar® and carbon fiber.

G-PLY™ BX468S T3 is a biaxial +45°/-45° 482 gsm glass NCF. The addition of threads at 0° and 90° increases the stablility of this reinforcement. This multiaxial fabric is intended in particular for the Marine industry, primarily for infusion processes but also for HLU processes.

Polyknit Easyflow Knitted Core is a warp knitted polypropylene fabric offering excellent flow media properties for advanced composite fabrication technologies including resin infusion and transfer molding processes.

Natex UD 400 is a technical fabric in natural flax fiber designed from untwisted roving. It comes as Uni-directional Natex® Fabrics with Laize 1000 mm and as 400 g/m2.

RESOLCOAT 7090 COLOURED is a high TG gelcoat specially formulated for the production of tooling and structural composites parts requiring high service temperatures. This gelcoat may be applied from thicknesses from 300 to 600 microns depending if it is for parts or tool manufacturing where thickness of 600 microns is recommended.

It is suitable for use in wet-lay, vacuum bagging and resin infusion manufacture as well as for use as a single surface layer where parts are being made to look like carbon fiber (skinning).

LINCORE® FF UD 250 is a 100% flax fabric made of untwisted rovings.The molding can be realized by Infusion, Resin Transfer Molding, Resin Film Infusion Lay upThese fabrics are also availble as resin-impregnated reinforcements for high strength, toughness ans structural performance at low weight.

Natex 2D 350 is a technical fabric in natural flax fiber designed from untwisted roving. It comes as Twill 3/3 Natex® Fabrics with Laize 1000 mm and as 350 g/m2.

Vist Composite SK2RF120-1 developed for use in the manufacture of products from polymer composite materials by contact molding, in infusion processes, in oven and autoclave molding. 3B Fiberglass M8610 is a non-woven mat made out of ECR glass _x005F_x001f_laments, consisting of continuous _x005F_x001f_bres randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glass _x005F_x001f_bre is bonded with a silane cou-pling agent and the layers held together with a suitable binder.The CFM products contain an insolublebinder compatible with both un_x005F_x001f_lled or _x005F_x001f_lled unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. The M8610 mat is ideally suited for injection molding, RTM and S-RIM processes for molding complex parts. The M8615mat version, with its high rigidity, helps to work with large CFM cuts without loosing _x005F_x001f_bres. The excellent mechanical properties provided by CFM combined with the good electrical properties of the resins make the molded parts attractive for applications like electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation & automo-tive industries and infrastructuresequipments.

ROVIFLOW™ 505T/NET1/300 (36) is 923 gsm stitched multi-layer product, comprising a 500gsm fabric, a 110gsm polyester flow medium, and a 300gsm mat. It is used for infusion processes without an additional external flow medium.
