Dynasylan® 6598 is an oligomeric siloxane featuring vinyl, propyl, and ethoxy groups. Developed from Dynasylan® VTMOEO, this colorless and nearly odorless liquid brings enhanced properties. Acting as an excellent silane compatibilizer, it bridges inorganic fillers like kaolin, MDH, and ATH with organic polymers such as EPDM, EVA, and PE. In mineral-filled and peroxide-crosslinked cable systems, Dynasylan® 6598 improves mechanical and electrical attributes, especially in moist conditions. With its high boiling start and flash point, it ensures safety, handling ease, and processing advantages. Furthermore, this product emits significantly less hydrolysis ethanol (VOC) compared to monomeric silanes, addressing environmental considerations.

ROHACELL® Triple F in-mold foamed (IMF) cores enable cost-effective production of intricate three-dimensional cores for high-volume serial production of FRP composites. TEGO® Cycle CP 320 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. It is particularly suitable for recycled polymers, as it can be used to compatibilize PE in PP, PP in PE, and PA in polyolefins. TEGO® Cycle CP 320 is ideal for producing automotive parts, electronic appliances, packaging materials, consumer goods, and oriented packaging straps. Its use provides several advantages for specific applications, including improved mechanical performance, better weld line strength, and prevention of stress cracking and whitening. It also improves mold release properties, reduces manual interventions, and allows for more exact reproduction of surface structure, resulting in shorter cycle times.

Dynasylan® 1146 is a hydrophobic diaminofunctional silane widely utilized in adhesives, sealants, and coatings. It enhances the adhesion of amino-reactive resins (e.g., RTV-silicones, two-part urethanes, silylated urethanes, MS polymers, and two-part epoxies) to inorganic surfaces, plastic surfaces, and inorganic fillers. Characterized by randomly distributed linear and cyclic oligosiloxanes, Dynasylan® 1146 fulfills the OECD polymer definition. Its low volatility and viscosity facilitate compounding, while its minimal by-product (VOC) generation contributes to a reduced odor level during application.

ROHACELL® XT is a closed-cell rigid foam based on polymethacrylimide (PMI) chemistry that are free of CFCs and designed to meet the most extreme and demanding processing requirements. ROHACELL® XT foam is compatible with autoclave technologies, vacuum infusion, RTM, and VARTM processes.
