3B Fiberglass DS 1125-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA.When molded this product exhibits outstanding dry mechanical properties and no sensitivity to mold release agents commonly used, such as calcium stearate. Its sizing has been designed in order to offer excellent dispersion properties. It can also reinforce and offer excellent performances in all flame retardant and impact modified polyamide formulations. Thanks to its very light color, this product can be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part. An innovative manufacturing techno-logy provides DS 1125-10N chopped strand with an excellent strand integrity and bulk density. As a result this product exhibits excellent feeding properties with very low fuzz generation.

G-TEX TM PP/60 is Nonwoven fabric made from recycled carbon fiber and mixed with thermoplastic fibers. PP/60 Denotes type and weight% of thermoplastic; it signifies inclusion of PP fiber at 60wt%.

ThermoFlow® ThermoFlow® CS EC 10 672 is produced of silanized E-glass fibers. The recommended field of application is the production of PA6 resp. PA6.6 (nylon)- thermoplastic systems. Due to high fiber integrity a very good handling, extraction and dosage is guaranteed. The type ThermoFlow® 672 stands out for very high mechanical strength of the finished part.

G-TEX TM 200 is Nonwoven fabric made from recycled carbon fiber and mixed with thermoplastic fibers. 200 denotes the fabric areal weight in gsm.

It can also reinforce and offer excellent perfor-mances in all impact modified and flame retardant polyamide formula-tions. An innovative manufacturing technology provides DS 1128-10N chopped strand with an excellent strand integrity and bulk density. As a result this product exhibits ex-cellent feeding properties with very low fuzz generation.The product is also designed for use in pneumatic conveying system and high throughput compounding line.

3B Fiberglass DS 1135-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA. The product has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact and drinkable water norms (FDA, EC 10/2011, BfR and ACS).Its chemistry presents an excellent compatibility with flame retardant additives and impact modifiers.The performance in hydrolysis/glycolysis resistance is also very good.Therefore, the fiber is enhancing dry-as-molded and long-term properties, in a large range of natural and colored formulations.Finally, DS1135-10N is a multi-compatible chopped strand PA, with excellent strand integrity and bulk density.
