Our family of BEAVERLOC® adhesive treated fibers offers the hose engineer a broad spectrum of solutions for a wide variety of rubber types including EPDM, Butyl, CPE, CSM, Vamac, Acrylic, Nitrile, Neoprene and many other rubber compounds.  In addition to adhesion, benefits include more efficient processing, better packaging and a cleaner running fiber.  Our engineered adhesives are available on our full line of industrial fibers.

Crown Clay is a high quality, air float, sedimentary, hard kaolin clay. Strict attention to production and quality control assures a high degree of product uniformity.

Silfermin FLS series are produced from naturally occurring sodium potassium - aluminum silicate feedstock. With a unique and distinctive combination of particle morphology, surface chemistry, and reflective index, Silfermin FLS exhibits excellent anti-blocking performance with minimal impact upon barefoot optical properties. These provide better clarity & low haze with high gloss.

Our Calcined Clay - Hyperlink 66 is calcined metakaolin produced by removing chemically bound water from the crystal structure. This Calcined clay is brighter than most water-washed clays, offering excellent processing and reinforcement in rubber application.

Microsphere® are microcapsules of thermoplastic resin whose high polymer forms the shell material. The shell contains a low boiling point liquid hydrocarbon which is trapped (encapsulated) inside it. On heating such a microcapsule, rising temperature will induce two transformations.

HIFILL® ground calcium carbonate fillers are produced from a uniquely occurring, high brightness calcite feedstock. Available in a range of particle distributions and packing configurations, HIFILL offers versatile filling options and cost effective performance in a broad range of liquid and powder coatings. With exceptional whiteness, HIFILL is ideally suited for use in brightly colored and contractor grade trade paints and masonry coatings. The low oil absorption of HIFILL can help maximize loading levels in either water or solvent based systems with only minimal impact upon viscosity.

SNOBRITE® air floated kaolin is a natural ultrafine kaolin offering semi-reinforcing, good color quality, effective TiO2 spacing, and cost-effective rheology modifier with inherent or natural plasticity and thixotropy.

Acti-Min® is a clean, high quality, white-ring kaolin especially selected for the ceramic and refractories industries.

Often, fillers have to meet very special requirements. In such cases not only good dispersion characteristics are of importance, but also mechanical and dynamic properties of the final products. Improved electrical insulation resistance, better aging and fluid resistance in many materials and improved anticorrosion properties have a crucial role to play in many areas. At Hoffmann Mineral, we developed Aktisil to meet such customer requirements. This special filler is made by treating the surface of Neuburg Siliceous Earth with chemical agents, mostly silanes. The reaction by-products (e.g. alcohol) formed during the manufacture of the different products of Aktisil are largely removed right away during the process. The coupling reaction fixes the silane to the surface of the filler. Any undesirable side-effects that can occur during mixing by direct addition of the silane are virtually eliminated. So the customer can choose from a complete product range of many different types of Aktisil. This is the result of many years of in-house experience and of close cooperation with customers. Crown Black™325is a high puritywashed low volatile bituminous coal. It isfinely groundand dried during the milling process to a very fine particle size recommended for use as a pigment filler/extender to carbon black in a wide variety of rubber and plastics compounds.

JetFil® portfolio meets increasingly demanding impact resistance and dimensional stability specifications for automotive applications such as bumpers and body panels. The JetFil® product range features the finest and most efficient grades from the Magris Talc portfolio for automotive applications. When the melt flow of TPOs is increased, impact strength tends to drop. The impact strength of talc-reinforced polyolefins is directly linked to the particle size distribution of the talc and to how it disperses in the matrix. To overcome any density issues due to their ultrafine grind, JetFil® talcs are produced in compacted form to increase bulk density and allow maximum compounding throughput. Their compaction level has been adjusted to provide an optimum handling/ redispersion balance.
