NITRILATEX is an extensive line of latex with different compositions specifically developed for application in the cord impregnation, rug and carpet backings, and the manufacturing of synthetic and natural fiber agglomerates, supported and unsupported gloves, non-fabric coatings, among others.

A range of metal detectable and X-ray detectable elastomer compounds designed specifically to meet the stringent demands of the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. The Detectaseal® range includes FDA compliant grades of EPDM, Nitrile, Silicone and Fluorocarbon (FKM) compounds, plus USP Class VI certification for Silicone. All materials in the Detectaseal® range are free from animal derived ingredients (ADI-free) and conform to EU regulations EC1935/2004 and EC2023/2006. Available in blue and black, Detectaseal® O-rings have been tested and proven in use at leading pharmaceutical and food manufacturing plants. Fragments of Detectaseal® as small as 2mm can be identified by x-ray and in-line metal detection equipment in process lines.

Paracril NBR grades are produced by cold and hot polymerization process. The cold process yields linear polymers with good processing characteristics and solubility in polar solvents. The hot polymerization process leads to more branching. Branching in the hot Paracril grades is more developed in the higher viscosity grades. The hot polymers offer improved green strength. &rosslinNed 3aracril N%5 grades are unique in processing and function.

Acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), usually shortened to nitrile or NBR, was developed in 1941 as the first oil resistant rubber. NBR rubber grades with high acrylonitrile content have better oil resistance, whereas low acrylonitrile content gives better low-temperature flexibility and resilience.

Hydrogenated AcryloNitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR) properties depend upon the acrylonitrile content and the degree of hydrogenation of the copolymer. They have somewhat better oil and chemical resistance than nitrile rubber and can withstand much higher temperatures.
