TYTAN™ TIPT/TNBT/TET/EHT process catalyst series are the world’s leading products of homogeneous esterification and transesterification catalyst to typical users in plasticizer, acrylate and methacrylate manufacturers. TYTAN™ AP series adhesion promoter is specially designed for flexographic and gravure printing ink for flexible packaging films to improve adhesion and heat stability. TYTAN™ CX series cross-linking agents are designed to impart a shear reversible or thixotropic structure to latex paint and dispersion paint. Naxonac® products include anionic surfactants, one of the main advantages of phosphate esters is their stability and solubility in alkali systems. They can be used as hydrotropes to couple nonionic surfactants systems which are not soluble and at the same time increase wetting and detergency properties. The presence of the phosphate group imparts some interactions with metallic surfaces, thereby exhibiting some anti-corrosion and metal-adhesion characteristics. They can be used as additives in oil and water-soluble lubricant systems to improve lubricity, anti-frictional properties of the formula. Phosphate esters also find use as emulsifiers in emulsion polymerization.

MAKON® UD-Series of products are fast wetters due to their C11 branched carbon chain. They are faster wetters than nonylphenol ethoxylates (NP) and tridecyl alcohol ethoxylates (TDA). TYTAN™ products strongly improves adhesion of printing inks to flexible and metal packaging films while enabling them to withstand heat sealing, freezer storage, abrasive handling, solvents, acids, greases during printing, packaging, storage and handling by consumers.

Disponil® grades are anionic based surfactants for a wide range of applications where dynamic wetting and solubilising properties are needed. Especially their strong emulsifying and dispersing characteristics are the main property in diverse applications. They are used during the polymerization process are essential for problem-free manufacture, insitu-polymerization stabilization and can also positively influence the dispersion performance in application. Disponil® grades are free of sodium chloride and the remaining salt content of sodium sulfate is reduced to a very low limit. With regard to the 1,4 Dioxan content in fatty alcohol ether sulfates (FES) the level is reduced to a limit depending on the ethoxylation degree. Overall the content is below 150 ppm, whereas the lowest is < 5ppm. Those narrow ranged by-products of the main product are mandatory in sensitive applications like emulsion polymerisation processes. In addition most of the emulsifiers are FDA or BfR (Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung) approved.
