Novinox®XCA02 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment designed for coil coatings. It is a stable and easily dispersed white powder with a low tinting strength. Novinox®XCA02 has been developed as a non toxic and eco-friendly alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings. Compatible with PU and PE/melamine systems, Novinox®XCA02 gives excellent anticorrosive performance in coil coatings applied to HDGS, ZAM and CRS. Novinox®XCA02 may be used alone or in association with a phosphate based pigment such as ZINC PHOSPHATE PZ20, Novinox®PAT15 or Novinox®ACE20.

Habicor® ZP 3860 is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment, Chemical Structure is Zinc phosphate dihydrate.

Novinox®PC01 is a Calcium phosphate used as an anticorrosion inhibiting pigment in DYI coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PC01 may be used in formulations for Environmentally-friendly coatings.

Inhibicor 1000 is excellent for aircraft aluminum and extremely reactive which needs to be taken into consideration when formulating.

Habicor® ZA is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment. Chemical Structure is Modified zinc aluminum polyphosphate.

Novinox®PAM is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAM has been developed to be an alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings. It is compatible with PU systems. This is a good alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings applied on the Galvalume substrate.

Novinox®PAT30 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment that allows the formulation of enviromentally friendly paints. It is a stable and non hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAT30 is compatible with solvent and water based resins. It shows the best performance in solvent borne alkyd systems. Novinox®PAT30 is also used in coil coatings in assocation with ion exchanged silica.

KRONPHOS PZA is a zinc aluminum orthophosphate with improved phosphate loading. This leads to a controlled increase of inhibiting water soluble content and thus a better formation of protective layers on the metal surface

NiCHEM No. 2 Basic Zinc Chromate is a corrosion inhibiting pigment with low solubility. It is especially suited for pretreatment primers (wash primers) and meets government specifications.

Wayncor™ 222 - Corrosion Inhibitive Pigment is a white, non-refractive, anti-corrosive pigment used in protective coatings. It is widely considered by the coatings industry to be a standard corrosion inhibitor. It exhibits a high degree of versatility and is compatible with almost all commercially available aqueous and solvent based coatings. The use level will vary depending upon resin system, pigment volume concentration and desired performance parameters, however typical use levels are between 3 – 10% total formula weight.

Wayncor™ 205 - Corrosion Inhibitive Pigment is an anti corrosion pigment that utilizes a calcium ion exchange mechanism to inhibit the corrosion process. Its near neutral pH allows it to be used in a wide variety of formulas without a negative impact on paint stability. The fine Hegman grind (6.5 minimum) permits its use in thin film applications (4 – 10 microns) such as coil coatings and in more traditional industrial applications where the dry film thickness is higher. This fine Hegman value also allows the product to be high speed dispersed. The Wayncor™ 205 mechanism works well on both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. Wayncor™ 205 can be used as the sole corrosion inhibitor or synergistically with other inhibitive technologies.

The Fine Zinc Powder FH 500 grade is highly recommended for organic or inorganic paints.

Habicor® ZN is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment. Chemical Structure is Organic modified basic zinc phosphate.

The Fine Zinc Powder FH 800 grade is highly recommended for organic or inorganic paints.

Novinox®ePAZ is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications, from DIY to more demanding ones such as coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®ePAZ is suitable for a wide range of solvent and water based resins. Novinox®ePAZ is also an excellent alternative to chromate in coil coatings, epoxy and alkyd resin systems.

PHOPHINOX PZ06 is a basic Zinc phosphate designed to be more reactive than standard Zinc phosphate in PU and alkyd systems. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. PHOSPHINOX PZ06 is an alternative to chromates, for instance it successfully replaces chromates in wash primers.

NiCHEM No. 7 Zinc Phosphate is a coorosion resistant pigment for application where other metals and colors are not desired. It offers a low hiding white pigment to the industrial user. This product is generally considered non-toxic and requires no special protective measures upon application.

SNCZ Zinc Phosphate PZ20 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications, from DIY to more demanding ones such as coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Thanks to its low solubility, Zinc phosphate PZ20 is compatible with a wide range of solvent and water based resins.

Pigmentan PIGMENTAN EMX is a low cost, high performance, environmentally friendly, direct (1:1) substitute for basic Zinc Phosphate. It is suitable for use in primers for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Pigmentan MX is non toxic and contains no Zinc, Chrome, or other heavy metals, and does not require hazardous labeling.

Novinox®PAZ is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications, from DIY to more demanding ones such as coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAZ is suitable with a wide range of resins, both solvent and water based. Novinox®PAZ is also an excellent alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings.

Wayncor™ 211 is an anti-corrosion inhibitive pigment that is very effective in solvent and water based epoxy primers. It does not affect the pot life of 2K systems. It can also be used alone or as a synergist with Zinc Phosphate. Typical use level is between 3 – 7 % total formula weight.

Habicor® Paste 14 chemical structure is strontium chromate (SrCrO4) in xylene.

The Fine Zinc Powder 4P/64 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

The Fine Zinc Powder LARVIK STANDARD 5 grade is highly recommended for organic or inorganic paints.

Novinox®PPS10 is a Zinc Strontium Calcium phosphosilicate designed to offer a better protection against corrosion than standard Zinc phosphate. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PPS10 has been specially formulated to take advantage of the synergetic actions of each components of the pigment. Novinox®PPS10 is compatible with a wide range of solvent and water based resins.

NiCHEM No. 5 Magnesium Chromate is a partially soluble, rhombic, yellow, crystalline pigment offering oustanding corrosion resistance for epoxy, polyurethane and polysulfide systems. It has good chrome release on contact with water permitting the deposition of a molecular protective film on the substrate.

Habicor® Paste 3 chemical structure is barium chromate (BaCrO4) in xylene.

Wayncor™ 214 - Calcium Borosilicate is an effective corrosion inhibitive pigment designed for alkyds and other solvent based systems. Typical use level is 3 – 7% total formula weight.

WPC Technologies Strontium Chromate 177, with the chemical formula of SrCr04, is a low dust and very low oil absorption corrosion inhibitor pigment. It is recommended for high solids primer formulations. It is characterized by a unique high apparent bulk density and is widely used in aerospace primers for aluminum protection.

Wayncor™ 226 - Corrosion Inhibitive Pigment is a premium multi-component corrosion inhibitor pigment that comprises distinctly different inhibitive species to provide a high degree of corrosion protection on ferrous substrates. Although versatile it is highly recommended for water based acrylic primers where a high degree of corrosion resistance is required. Typical use level is between 3 – 7% total formula weight.

Corrostain™ 228 - Corrosion Inhibitive Pigment features a unique pigment chemistry which combines the dual functionality of Corrosion Inhibition and Tannin Stain Inhibition. This dual functionality aids in the reduction of raw material inventories and also provides effective inhibitor formulations. It is designed to provide good stability and performance in both solvent and water based systems. Typical use level is between 2 – 6% based upon total formula weight.

The Fine Zinc Powder LARVIK SUPER FINE grade is highly recommended for organic or inorganic paints.

Novinox®ACE24 is an eco-friendly Zinc Aluminum phosphate. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®ACE 24 is designed for the formulation of eco-friendly paints and coatings. Without any safety labeling, it offers the same level of corrosion protection than a standard Zinc Aluminum phosphate. Novinox®ACE 24 is suitable for a wide range of resins, water or solvent based systems. It is particularly suitable for acrylic and epoxy resins systems.

Habicor® ZP 3850 is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment, Chemical Structure is Zinc phosphate tetrahydrate.

Habicor® SI is a Silicate and phosphosilicate based anticorrosive pigment, Chemical Structure is Calcium-ion exchanged silica pigment.

Habicor® BA is a Chromate based pigment. Chemical Structure is Barium chromate.
