FORMATAL is the brand of technopolymers that identifies POM Homo/COPO ( Acetal Resin) compounds manufactured by us. It is a high performance grade of Homopolymer Acetal Resin for universal use that brings together all of our know-how, from the selection of the best raw materials, to overseeing the production process to the quality control of the finished product. In comparison to the copolymer grade, it is characterized by superior hardness and mechanical strength. It generally possesses excellent creep characteristics and good resistance to wear. SERVOGARD™ is a powerhouse additive packed with antimicrobial and antifungal technology. This robust combination reduces food spoilage and increases protection against dozens of dangerous organisms; all built right into the packaging.

Material & Design Solutions’ (MDS) PEKTRON PEEK is an excellent choice for high temperature, high pressure applications in aggressive chemical environments. These injection molded PEEK compounds have been qualified for use up to 550°F (288°C) and 22,500 psi (0.16 GPa). PEKTRON PEEK high performance thermoplastics offer outstanding chemical resistance and wear properties in a broad spectrum of industries and applications. The injection molded compounds demonstrate excellent resistance to hot water and steam and are unaffected by continuous exposure up to 550°F (288°C).

Irganox® performance additives are used as antioxidants for automotive & industrial coatings. Hindered phenolic (primary AO) deactivate free radicals formed during thermal oxidation. They are multipurpose for broad temperature ranges and are mostly used to increase long term thermal stability. Irganox® types are antioxidants which help extend the life and improve the performance of industrial and engine lubricants. The manufacturing industry benefits from longer equipment life and fewer maintenance shutdowns. Automotive lubricants benefit from longer drain intervals and improved fuel economy. Many of our antioxidants are FDA regulated to formulate incidental food contact lubricants and greases for use in food-handling and manufacturing equipment.

Noxtat SDG™ acrylic sheets are coated with a transparent metal/plastic material that will permanently prevent formation of static electricity on the surface. The surface has excellent mar and abrasion resistance, resistance to charge generation, and superior static decay characteristics and cannot be tribocharged. The product displays excellent control of both electrostatic discharge (ESD) and particulate attraction. Their permanent characteristics are not affected by humidity. They are intended for use in fabricated parts as well as panels. It is flexible for heat bending and is clear and hard for panel applications

Rexolite is high voltage and high performance plastic. Rexolite® is a unique cross-linked polystyrene, microwave plastic manufactured by C-Lec Plastics Inc. This material’s most notable properties are it’s stable electrical properties into the Giga-hertz frequency range. It is also optically clear, with a slight yellow cast, when polished (approximately the same as Acrylic), dimensionally stable, and has excellent sound transmission characteristics. As a result, Rexolite® is often used for high-frequency circuit substrates, microwave components, and lenses with acoustic, optical and radio-frequency applications.

Nonionic surfactants carry no electrical charge and are available in a variety of chemical types. The main classes are alcohol ethoxylates, alcohol ethoxylates/propoxylates, ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymers, castor oil ethoxylates, amine ethoxylates, fatty acid esters and their ethoxylates. They are used in a wide range of applications where they provide useful characteristics including  emulsification, solubilisation, wetting, dispersion, detergency, foaming and defoaming.

Santicizer® Plasticizers offer all the benefits of high solvating plasticizers including compatibility in multiple polymer systems such as Polysulfide, PVC and Polyurethane. Because of their high efficiency, less energy is required to fuse PVC formulations. These materials are well suited for plastisol applications, but can easily be used in almost any polymer system that requires additional flexibility and softness.

Cerex® - chemically bonded nylon 6,6 fabrics exhibit excellent uniformity, plus high tensile and tear strength even at low fabric weights. Because the fabrics are made of nylon, one of the toughest and most durable man-made polymers, our fabrics have high sewn seam strength when fabricated into finished articles. In addition, nylon bonds well with most adhesive systems, making these fabrics excellent materials for manufacturing laminate and composite systems.

UTEC® is an Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) product line manufactured exclusively by Braskem. UTEC’s molecular weight is about 10 times greater than High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) resins and its density makes finished parts approximately eight times lighter than steel. This extremely high molecular weight provides UTEC with several outstanding properties, such as: high abrasion wear resistance, high impact resistance, and very low coefficient of friction that makes the material self-lubricating. UTEC can be used for a vast array of applications in the following industries: construction, agriculture, material handling, transportation, textile, pulp and paper, food and beverage, mining, marine, porous plastics, oil and gas, high performance fibers, battery separators and waste water treatment. UTEC is sold in powder form with products spanning a range of molecular weights and particle sizes. The molecular weight begins in the low range (3 million g/mol) and extends to a high range (7 to 10 million g/mol).

Joncryl® styrene acrylic resins and emulsions are the key components of high performance inks and coatings. Water-based inks and coatings formulated with Joncryl® products are a good sustainable, consistent quality alternative to solvent-based products. The Joncryl® range contains acrylic and styrene-acrylic RC emulsions, acrylic colloidals, crosslinking agents, polyethylene waxes for water-based ink & overprint varnish. Joncryl® ECO is a product range of glycol-ether-free and food-contact compliant dispersions. Joncryl® ECO types are meeting the stringent demands of food and packaging applications, such as for the tobacco and the confectionary markets.

GENIOPERL® from WACKER offers nanoscale structures for modifying polymers and coatings. The products are very efficient to process and, thanks to their high compatibility in selected matrix systems, form nanometer to micrometer-sized structures when incorporated. They thus optimize the end properties of the matrix systems.
