RT571 is similar to RT511 using a heavy weave glass fabric substrate meeting all of the requirements of NEMA G-10. Like RT511, RT571 has excellent strength at elevated temperatures but has been formulated to facilitate the production of thick walled tubes (up to 4 times thicker than RT511). RT571 also complies with MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

RS-41200 is a rigid epoxy based magnetic castable microwave absorbing material capable of continuous operation up to 350°F. This material is ideal for fabrication of low power loads, attenuators, ring chokes and other RF absorbing elements at microwave frequencies. RS-41200 can be supplied in custom cast configurations, standard stock shapes of plates, rods and bars, or in pourable kits.

The RT500F has good electrical properties under humid conditions, excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties. RT500F is made with a fine weave woven glass fabric, for better machining and a smoother surface finish. It also complies with MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-10. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

129-05 is a medical grade, electrically conductive, polymer coated polyester film composition. It is typically used as a component for fabricating electrodes in medical testing applications. This product has been formulated to have improved conductivity and high electrical dissipation properties. 129-05 is available in rolls ranging in widths up to 20 inches and lengths up to 10,000 feet.

RT629 is a paper phenolic tube intended primarily for mechanical applications, but is suitable for electrical applications as well. The electrical properties are not quite as good as those of RT630. RT629 also complies with MIL-I-24768/11, Type PBG and ASTM D709 Type I Grade XX and IEC 612112-3-1-PFCP.

Extreme Plus HG™ sheet are both high performance thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) structures. With a wide processing range, they are specifically engineered for easy, consistent and stable thermoforming. Extreme Plus HG is our high gloss sheet, while Extreme Plus LG offers the same performance properties with the option of a lower gloss finish. These tough, high impact TPO sheets provide excellent cold crack resistance and outstanding chemical resistance. Pacur® RPETG Copolyester Sheet is extruded from a mixture of Pacur’s internally-generated PETG recyclable material and regrind (scrap) material obtained from outside sources. Material obtained from the outside sources has wide variations of quality level. This material is intended for use in “utility” non-FDA applications.
