Smooth-Cast™ 325 is fast-cast resin that were developed specifically for adding color pigments and fillers to achieve true color representation or filler effect. The ColorMatch™ Series is formulated “color neutral”. Small amounts of pigment will yield accurate, vivid colors from cured castings using So-Strong™, UVO™ or Ignite™ colorants. The ColorMatch™ Series offers the convenience of a 1A: 1B mix ratio by volume and has a very low viscosity. Demold times range from about 10 minutes to 2-4 hours (depending on product, mass and mold configuration). Note: Large mass castings will get very hot and shrink more, depending on mold configuration.

3H Vinacom XLPE compound 3H VINACOM HA-5010 is a silane cross-linkable polyethylene compound for low voltage electrical wire and cable insulation. Both the grafting and wire coating process are performed in one single step in the usual wire and cable production extruder for polyethylene and cross-linking takes place through a reaction involving water vapor after being extruded. Difficulty in maintaining dimensional accuracy during cross-linking is avoided because the temperature of cross-linking is below the crystalline melting point of the polymer. Therefore, 3H VINACOM XLPE HA-5010 allow cross-linked polyethylene wire and cable without the need for much capital in special equipment like peroxide or radiation cross-linking.
