RTU Foam is a polyethylene foam material that is expanded in heat oven after extruded with the help of chemical inflators and cross linking agents that are put inside. It has advanced chemical and mechanical features thanks to its cross-linked structure Compared to DurProx (physically Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam) the cell structure is larger and the surface is not as smooth. It can be used in many areas that sound, heat, humidity insulation and shock protection is intended. It can be produced for different sectors as cut plate, roll, tube, extra-laminated or non-laminated.

RTU Foam A is a co-extruded combination of PETG Copolyester resin with a proprietary foamed core made from Eastmans RTU Foam A System. RTU Foam A offers advantages over traditional materials where low weight and sustainability are larger parts of an applications fitness for use requirements. PETG FOAM is a reliable, safe alternative to high impact polystyrene (HIPS) in the opaque rigid medical packaging market. ELASTOSIL® SC 835 A/B is a two-component silicone rubber that is flowable and addition-curing. It is specifically designed to form a closed cell foam structure. This material is highly compatible with automatic dispensing equipment, making it easy to process. ELASTOSIL® SC 835 A/B is ideal for the production of heat-resistant foam gaskets in a flat design, particularly for use in CIPG (Cured-in-Place Gasket) applications.

ELASTOSIL® SC 833 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that forms a predominantly closed-cell foam. EC-1106F-LD is a low viscosity, easily pourable, epoxy syntactic foam. It features low density, good electrical insulation, and low shrinkage during cure. It is useful for potting and encapsulating components and modules where added weight is undesired but resistance to mechanical and thermal shock are prime considerations. Typical Applications includes potting or encapsulating densely packaged power supplies, integrated circuits, small transformers, capacitors bushings etc.

Akfix 888P Flexible PU Gun Foam is a single-component PU flexible foam used with an applicator gun and features flexibility, high performance, easier application and reusability. It does not contain any propellant gasses which are harmful to the ozone layer. The foam has a minimum expansion after application (less than 50%) and is therefore very economical to use. The foam is very elastic and has a very high acoustic rating and thermal insulation value.

Lamatek 25# Micro-Cellular Urethane Foam provide resilient impact and vibration absorption and can be easily compressed for sealing applications. These polyurethane foams are ideal for managing difficult tolerances and mount problems. MAYSER BLUEFOAM® F LO-M 4275 F is a polyurethane coated foam with outstanding characteristics. It is used for the structure of steering wheel heating systems on the basis of EPDM as haptics and laminating foam. Its high light fastness enable further uses inside the vehicle. Modified polyurethane-polyether foams are used as laminating foams for interior parts with real or artificial leather lamination. With our production method, foam surfaces are finished to enable even application and use of adhesive. This prevents the typical “orange-peel surface formation” when the sewn coverings are glued onto the carriers and gives finished components a high quality surface structure.

Foamland Non Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foams is a non-cross-linked polyethylene (PE_NR) of closed cells. Available in rolls.
