Biova provides 100% US made, water-soluble egg membrane (WSEM) ingredients to the dietary supplement, skin care and pet care industries.

We work with some of the largest egg production facilities in the US to reclaim from the waste stream the source material for our ingredients. Through the removal of the membrane, the remaining eggshell is then easier to process into calcium supplementation for feed and fertilizer.

CPC Ingredients specializes in cocoa derivatives. It is a highly innovative company that developed chocolate powder with authentic chocolate flavor. It have since gone on to develop extracts which have unique flavor components associated with quality cocoa and chocolate. Olive powder is produced from semi-defatted and de-stoned olives and is the latest innovation in olive Products in the World. The manufacturing process is non-destructive and preserves the natural nutraceutical compounds in the olives. Olive powder is the authentic “olive alternative” and is made from 100% olive fruit.

Olive powder contains high percentages of nutraceutically active compounds such as antioxidants. These include, oleic acid, polyphenols, tocopherols, chlorophylls and squalene, which are beneficial for human health.

Olive powder can be used as a natural ingredient in many food applications, including bread, pasta and soups. Addition of olive powder improves the functional and sensory properties of the food. Furthermore, olive powder is rich in antioxidants, which help prevent cancer and reduce oxidation of low density lipoprotein (LDL), implicated in the development of cardiovascular disease.
