TUFF-POXY 607-WB is a two-component, liquid-applied, water-borne epoxy primer/sealer for various substrates. It is one of the primer/sealers used with the moisture-curing deck coating systems. It is a two-component, low odor, liquid applied epoxy primer/sealer designed for easy mixing with a simple 1 to 1 volume ratio. The primer/sealer may be applied after thoroughly mixing the two components together and allowing a 30 minute induction period.

Onyx Concrete Coatings Polyurethane WB Matte is a two-component, low-VOC premium aliphatic water-based polyurethane. This latest generation polyurethane system provides excellent UV resistance with a matte finish and no solvent odor. This system boasts easy installation, long pot life, as well as great abrasion and chemical resistance and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor uses. Polyurethane WB is also available in a gloss finish.

Sunshield™ Clean Coat 3800 is a pure 100% acrylic emulsion latex coating that creates a hard, abrasion resistant film flexible enough to allow the coating to move with an elastomeric undercoat. Sunshield 380 is designed to be an ultra-durable top coat over masonry, stucco, con- rete, dry wall, and properly primed metal and wood. It is also de signed for use over elastomeric roof, wall, and deck coatings, as well as asphalt shingles and mineral surface cap sheets. Because of its hardness, it is recommended as a top coat over elastomeric coatings, which tend to pick up dirt. Sunshield 3800 stays clean and resists mi- crobial growth.

Armorflex® 953 Neutral Base gel coats are high performance products formulated for the fiberglass industry. They are primarily formulated for marine and sanitary applications, but should be used in any application where water and chemical resistance are needed. Armorflex® 953 series also have exceptional gloss and buffing characteristics. While offering these benefits, the Armorflex® 953 series gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities expected from polynt composites gel coats, such as resistance to porosity, tearing, and color separation; sag resistance; consistent liquid properties; excellent patchability; and more. These all add up to higher quality appeal in FRP parts made from polynt’s Armorflex® high gloss buffback® gel coats. Armorflex® 953 series gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American national standard for plastic bathtubs, shower receptors and shower stalls, ANSI Z124.1, .2 and .3 –1995, sec. 6.1.1. Gel coats in the 953 series require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. Armorflex® high gloss buffback® gel coats are available in the same wide range of Colors as other Polycor® gel coats. Refer to polynt’s Polycor® color card for color selection. STYPOL® 040-8003 is a pre-promoted,flame-retardant polyester resin containing styrene monomer. It is especially formulated for production of reinforced plastic products using resin transfer molding (RTM). Certain applications with specific flame-retardant needs may require the addition of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and modest amounts of alumina trihydrate or antimony oxide/ammonium dimolybdate.

Color hardeners can be troweled, broom finished or textured and stamped to create authentic looking stone or patterned textures. The use of color hardeners make it possible to achieve any number of bright or light colors, or any combination of them on gray concrete.

Madewell® 525 is typically used as a topcoat over Madewell® 1312S epoxy coating (including broadcast quartz and vinyl flake) to provide ultraviolet light resistance and additional durability and corrosion protection. M Madewell® 525 is a polycarbamide based, high solids coating that can be cured at room temperature for a variety of plant, shop, and field applications. In addition to superior UV stability, Madewell® 525 offers dramatically improved weather, corrosion, and chemical resistance. Because of its low permeability to oxygen, water, and chlorides, Madewell® 525 remains unchanged after years of exposure to the elements allowing it to outperform such common coatings as alkyds, chlorinated rubber, acrylics, and siloxanes on a wide variety of substrates and service environments. Normally applied at 8 to 15 mils dry film thickness (DFT) in a single coat, its free spreading characteristics, fast set time, and easy cleanup help to minimize labor costs and down time.

PanTINT® 73 are pigment dispersions for industrial solvent based epoxy coatings. They consist of industrial quality organic and inorganic pigments finely milled in Bisphenol A carrier resin. The pigments chosen for the PanTINT 73 exhibit color strength, durability, chemical resistance and light fastness. Most are suitable for interior and exterior applications. The epoxy carrier resin along with a proprietary additive package allow for high pigment solids and superior compatibility with a number of epoxy based systems. The 73 series’ will be compatible with a wide range of epoxy resin formulations for industrial, maintenance and architectural coating applications.
