It’s a 3-component methacrylate compound that delivers outstanding impact resistance, while its high elasticity ensures lasting crack-bridging. This is a versatile technology that can be used a hard wearing layer for waterproofing, thick-film layer and equalizing layer. It is a solvent-free, 3-component, fast-reactive, flexibilised and filled PMMA-based self-leveling mortar.

SDF Topcoat will build a low luster, natural finish. It is UV stable, water-repellent, low in VOC’s, and non-flammable with easy soap and water cleanup. SDF Topcoat will not crack, peel or blister. Maintenance applications can be planned every four to six years on vertical surfaces depending on the number of coats applied.

TUFF-POXY PRIMER #2 is a two-component, solvent borne epoxy primer/sealer. It is a high penetration primer/sealer for use with urethane deck coating and waterproofing membrane systems where solvent based primers can be tolerated.

Alabama Pigments Company Canyon Clay Class I is a color hardener which are a pigmented cementitious powder that can be broadcast or dusted onto the surface of freshly placed concrete, to create a dense, abrasion-resistant surface that is permanently colored. Color hardeners can be troweled, broom finished or textured and stamped to create authentic looking stone or patterned textures. The use of color hardeners make it possible to achieve any number of bright or light colors, or any combination of them on gray concrete.

It has good handling properties, porosity, and formability, resists wash in the mold, and has weight uniformity. Some variations include faster wet through and better porosity.

ENYDYNE® H 89295 FA - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,DCPD. It is used to produce furnitures and sanitary through hand lay up and spray up method.

KPR 6620 by Kemrock Industries and Exports is an isophthalate-based unsaturated polyester resin (UPR). It is available as liquid and cast resin. Offers excellent mechanical and corrosion resistance properties. KPR 6620 is suitable for processing by pultrusion. Recommended for FRP composites.

It is a two-component, cross-linked acrylic coating designed to incorporate all the desirable characteristics that have made urethane popular, such as, gloss retention, excellent exterior durability, and good chemical and solvent resistance. ACRYCOTE is recommended for all exposed metals.

Madewell® 1312S™ is a heavy duty, 100% solids, two component epoxy coating product. It is used for both new construction and maintenance of steel and concrete surfaces in pools, tanks, sumps, trenches, decks, and pipe interiors. Madewell® 1312S may be used as a topcoat over other Madewell® coating systems to add color and/ or seal the surface. M Madewell® 1312S protects surfaces against chemical attack under immersion, spill, and splash conditions, and impact and abrasion damage caused by rough use or heavy traffic. It is normally applied at a nominal thickness of 10 to 20 mils in two coats. Its monolithic construction resists moisture, chemical, and bacteria penetration while also being attractive and easy to clean. Its free spreading characteristics, fast set time, and ease of cleanup help to minimize labor costs and down time.

When added to concrete or mortar, insoluble crystals are formed and developed in the water bearing capillaries of the mix, effectively blocking the passage of water and ensuring permanent water tightness throughout the life of the structure. DuraTite® Crystalline Admix can also be used in production of waterproofing mortars and surface applied slurry systems.

Detroit Body Filler 60238-50 a non-flowing, pumpable adhesive. 60238-50 should be used for bonding, fairing, filling, and radius applications. This product is designed to have good vertical hang and stack abilities but maintains high flow volumes. 60238-50 is designed to provide a product with an eight-pound weight/gallon with excellent adhesive properties. Gel times can be varied for specific customer needs.

PanTINT® 73 are pigment dispersions for industrial solvent based epoxy coatings. They consist of industrial quality organic and inorganic pigments finely milled in Bisphenol A carrier resin. The pigments chosen for the PanTINT 73 exhibit color strength, durability, chemical resistance and light fastness. Most are suitable for interior and exterior applications. The epoxy carrier resin along with a proprietary additive package allow for high pigment solids and superior compatibility with a number of epoxy based systems. The 73 series’ will be compatible with a wide range of epoxy resin formulations for industrial, maintenance and architectural coating applications.

PS102 is a chemically reactive deep penetrating siliconate sealer that is intended for unsealed and uncolored rough concrete and masonry. It creates a cross-linked insoluble methyl-silicone internal membrane that fuses within porous substrates of broom finished concrete and concrete block to combat freeze/thaw damage, reduce scaling and spalling, impart water repellence, and restrict moisture absorption. It also limits harmful effects of deicing chemicals and salts, acid rain deterioration, alkali attack, corrosion of reinforcing steel, and UV damage. PS102 decreases efflorescence and dusting, limits dirt build up, retards mold and mildew, and makes easier to clean and maintain. PS102 is breathable with minimal impact to traction coefficient. PS102 also contains film forming polymers for enhanced curing of broom finished concrete by allowing the slow release of moisture during the curing process while maintaining excellent breathability. The film forming polymers also provide superior freeze/ thaw protection in harsh climates. It is also UV resistant and nonyellowing. PS102 has a light milky appearance. Upon proper application, the substrate will have little, or no, noticeable change in appearance when dry.
