    BIONOX® 3114 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant for processing and long-term thermal stabilization. It is a highly effective, non-discoloring stabilizer, exhibits low volatility and high resistance to extraction and it is odorless and stable to light.

    Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Antioxidant SG-R 601 has good anti-oxidation performance. It has both anti-oxidation as HALS has, and noncontamination as phenolic antioxidant has. It is widely used in natural or synthetic rubbers to replace antioxidants with contamination and toxicity. SG-R 601 is a highly effective, nontoxic, low cost rubber antioxidant, has excellent heat and oxidation resistance, can improve fatigue damage of crosslinked rubber under many cycles flexible distortion condition, and has good synergistic effect with antioxidant RD, 4010 to improve aging resistance and tear resistance, so it is used in manufacturing many kinds of rubber products such as tires, rubber hoses, rubber belts, rubber shoes and latex products. The common dosage is 1%-3%. It can also be applied to colored products of polyethylene, polyamide, polypropylene and cellulose. SG-R 601 also acts as stabilizer for various synthetic rubbers, the dosage is 0.5%~1.5%. In view of its poor anti-sunlight performance, it should be avoided to be used under sunlight.
