    • Chemical Family:Epoxy & Epoxy Derivatives
    • Functions:Surface Finish, Adhesive
StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System is a high-strength, toughened, structural epoxy adhesive for the bonding of carbon fabrics to itself and many dissimilar materials. It is a two-phase (toughened) epoxy resin produced using a CTBN elastomer with a flexible epoxy resin backbone for maximum stress and fatigue resistance. StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System with an immediate high tack consistency, a long working life, and a quick cure time. StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System may be used at ambient temperature(s) ranging from 55°F(13°C) to 100°F (38°C). The working life at 100°F (38°C) is > 2 hours (working time increases with lower ambient temperatures), with full cures occurring between 6-12 hours depending on cure temperature. Unlike most epoxy adhesives, StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System cured at ambient temperatures provides heat resistance well more than most engineering limits with an HDT of 85°C (185 °F). The material mixes at 2:1 by volume or 100:44 by weight (resin to hardener). The convenient color-coded components form a uniform color when properly mixed. StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System is designed for high production meter/mix ram dispensing and although highly thixotropic, has very fast application rates. With low odor and toxicity, StrongBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System is solvent-free, and 100% solids.

    Precision Polymer EngineeringPerlast® ICE G75LT
    • Polymer Name:Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM)
    • Features:Low Compression Set, Acid Resistant, Low Temperature Resistant, Heat Resistance, Chemical Resistant
Perlast® ICE G75LT offers a unique combination of excellent chemical resistance and low temperature performance. This perflouroelastomer material has been specifically developed to perform under extreme conditions, in temperatures as low as -46°C (-51°F).Perlast® ICE G75LT has been formulated to provide increased resistance to a broad range of chemicals by carefully controlling the molecular architecture. In addition, this perfluoroelastomer has low permeability and as a result, it is less prone to swelling, leading to extended in-service performance in valves, pumps and mechanical seals.Ideal for use in exploration and completion applications and equipment operating or stored in sub-zero conditions. Perlast® ICE G75LT is suitable for both dynamic and static applications and can be fully molded into O-rings (any size up to 2.5m/8ft internal diameter) and custom shapes.Key Attributes Excellent low-temperature sealing capability Good high temperature resistance Low compression set Excellent chemical resistance to a broad range of chemicals Exceptional acid and amine resistance Good mechanical properties Typical Applications Aerospace - static O-rings Chemical processing - pumps & valves Mechanical seals Downstream refinery & petrochem equipment Cryogenic equipment Gas storage & transportation Oil & Gas - subsea equipment Completion tools Drilling tools (deepwater) Pipe connectors Pumps, valves & compressors
