- Benefits
- 20 Microns' Talc products are processed of purest grade of Talc deposits and have a lamellar particle shape which creates an impermeable barrier, substantially reducing air and liquid transmissions and also diminishes plasticizer evaporation, resulting in good thermal and weathering resistance, thereby extending the service life of rubber components
- 20 Microns engineered minerals make excellent, cost-effective multi-functional reinforcement fillers for lightweight automotive plastics such as polypropylene (PP) and engineering thermoplastics where they improve mechanical, thermal, rheological properties along with surface finish/esthetics. They can also be used as a cost-effective replacement for chopped glass fiber, to improve rheology & mechanical properties and dimensional stability
- These talcs offer excellent dispersion at higher loading (upto 80%)
- The main advantage of using these talcs is that it offers excellent dimensional stability & a Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CLTE)
