How it works

Flow aid™ coats the primary particles of PVC (globules) & assists the breakdown of particulate structure, & accelerates fusion & the external lubrication of Flow aid™ acts between polymer & metal surfaces, this delays fusion thus resulting in the proper gellation of PVC compound. In CPVC compounding it improves processability gives thermal stability & enhances rheological properties.

Applications

Flow aid™ is a unique modified efficient one pack (external & internal) wax & processing aid that is a thermally stable lubricant cum toner developed for rigid & flexible applications, where high filler/pigment needs to be dispersed uniformly during the extrusion process.

Flow aid™ provides excellent anti-sticking properties to the PVC melt resulting in a smooth & glossy surface of the end article
