Hyperwax series are modified polymeric waxes, specially developed for color & specialty MB applications. These waxes offer excellent wetting & dispersion to the pigment surface and thus contribute towards minimal Filter Pressure Value (FPV) and good color strength with excellent surface finish. These also provide ease in processability during extrusion and can replace the costly waxes. Hyperwax 30 is a low-density polyethylene wax in granules form produced by high-pressure polymerization process.

  • Hyperwax 30 is a specialty hybrid modified wax and process additive for natural and synthetic rubber providing homogeneity in the mixing of rubber compounds and better dispersion of pigment and filler in rubber mix
  • Hyperwax 30 granules can be added to lithographic and gravure inks to improve the rub & scratch resistance. Hyperwax 30 granules are added to gravure inks by dispersing them in toluene
  • Hyperwax 30 granules used in solvent-based, aqueous and powder coatings
