- Vaporsil 90 is a precipitated and modified amorphous silica product uniquely developed to provide rapid incorporation in rubber matrix & excellent dispersion behavior. They offer high filler loading with favorable rheological and mechanical properties, excellent calendaring properties, impart superior matting effect & surface appearance, low tension & compression set with good aging properties and provides superior abrasion resistance
- Vaporsil 90 is a functional additive. Its efficiency results from the unique irregular particle shapes, tight particle size distribution, bright & white color, and refractive index similar to the polyolefin resin
- It is a naturally processed amorphous silica with an average particle size below 100 nanometer. It is an ideal replacement of carbon black to about 25 - 50 % and is very efficiently used in Tires, Hoses, Beltings, Footwear and rubber molded auto components for techno commercial benefit. 1phr of Vaporsil contribute to O35 - O4 hardness in rubber compound
