20 Microns offers a significant range of regular, fine and ultra-fine grades of Hydrous Kaolins from its own best reserves for use across different industries including Paint, Paper, Printing Inks, Paper Board, Rubber, etc. Our unique grades are among the finest in the world in terms of Brightness, Rheology and Fineness. These grades are designed to give excellent coated surface properties like Gloss, Shade and Smoothness. Specialty grades give excellent results in terms of Opacity and Gloss. Ultra-fine Hydrous Kaolins with narrow particle size distribution, close to that of Titanium Dioxide, enhances the effective spacing of Titanium Dioxide particles and helps partial replacement in high sheen water-based paints and solvent-based glossy enamel paints. Hydrous Kaolins are normally used as a functional fillers in Ink Formulation, Rubber Industries and Agrochemicals. The platy structure, fine particle size distribution and medium oil absorption property of Hydrous Clay provides great benefits to Paper, Adhesives and Sealants. 20 Microns offers a variety of Hydrous Kaolins under various brands among which Pearlgloss is one.

FMSIL® 807 is an amorphous silica appearing as white free flowing powder.

Micro Carb 3010 ST is a surface treated calcium carbonate filler for silicon, polyurethane and other neutral sealants where moisture sensitivity is a concern.

Flowax 30 MW is a polymeric base homopolymer dispersing additive. It has low viscosity & high melt that offers excellent wetting & dispersion effect. It offers excellent processability without damaging mechanical properties.

Hypercoat 80 is an anhydrous-engineered alumina silicate produced by heating ultrafine natural kaolin, which includes unique advanced technology of high temperatures in a kiln. It is specially designed to combine high opacity as well as whiteness in solvent & water born paint formulations. The calcination process increases whiteness along with brightness and alters the size and shape of the Hypercoat 80 particles.

LC 50 opacity pigment is specially designed & developed with unique technology process for use in water borne paint applications.

FMSIL® 212 is a cost effective fumed silica for various adhesives to get optimum viscosity and anti-sagging properties. It can help to partially replace your high-end fumed silica in the system.

Micron Silica 100S is a uniquely designed product with uniform size and engineered particle size distribution to achieve excellent flowability with better durability in floor coating to self leveling application. It helps in uniform spreading of for floor coating material with less resin consumption due to elimination of dust particles from the product.

Glazex 5 HB kaolin is an ultra-fine particle-size grade that contains high brightness.

Micron China 2050 is a functional extender to improve cohesiveness and impact strength for epoxies and acrylic based adhesive formulations.

FMSIL® R 202 is a PDMS treated hydrophobic fumed silica, which provides excellent thickening properties in paint formulations.

Nellai Clay is a selective source of specially processed kaolin powder helps to improve the flowability with better adhesion and dry time properties which is more suitable in PVA and water based adhesives.

O Carb T is the controlled sized micronized ground calcium carbonate which is a cost reducing filler. It acts as a rheology modifier, helps to enhance the tensile strength & is used as a toughening agent for varied adhesive, caulks and sealants formulations.

Micronlite AS is engineered with a unique surface treatment which helps to impart functional properties like sag & slump resistance, improved adhesion, easy dispersibility & supports to get controlled extrusion & avoid elongation while gunnability of sealant, it is recommended for sealant system like silicon, polysulphide, PU, PVC etc.

Vaporlite® 90 T is a premium grade of ultra fine CaCO3 suitable for less moisture sensitive applications its uniform particle size distribution helps to achieve optimum thixotropic properties, controlled viscosity, and anti-sagging in sealants. It can also be used to replace ppt calcium carbonate in formulations.
