3B Fiberglass MF 01 ER are E-CR glass filaments ground to a specified density. MF 01 ER is designed to reinforce products like thermoplastics, thermoset resins, glues, coatings, and adhesives within a large range of applications and markets.MF 01 ER represents a main improvement compared to minerals when aiming for a higher stiffness and/or better impact properties in combination with specific properties, such as flow enhancement, flame retardancy, uniform isotropic shrinkage, resistance to acid environment, coating stability, etc. MF 01 ER can be collocated in between mineral fillers and most com-monly available milled fibers as it dis-plays an intermediate length/diameter aspect ratio. The product comes in a powdery form that provides both improved flowability/handling and low density.

3B Fiberglass CM 1020 is a non-woven mat made out of E-CR glass filaments, consisting of continuous fibers randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glassfibre is bonded with a silane coupling agent and the layers held together with a suitable binder. The CM 1020 family products contain an insoluble binder compatible with a large range of thermoset matrices like both unfilled or filled unsaturated polyester (UP), vinyl ester (VE), epoxy (EP) and polyurethane (PU) resin systems.The CM 1020 powder mat is ideally suited for polyurethane foaming pro-cesses for the reinforcement of foam panels. The excellent mechanical pro-perties provided by 3B CFM combined with the good opening and the easy expansion of the CM 1020 mat during foam expansion make those reinforced R-PUF panels ideal for applications like thermal insulation of liquefied natural gas carrier and onshore storage.

3B Fiberglass CR 3037 consists of multiple continuous strands of smaller tex made from 3B E-CR glass wound onto a bobbin shape without mechanical twist and is free from static electricity generation.Choppable Roving CR3037 is silane sized and specifically designed to produce single or multi-layer fabrics for automobile, boat building, che-mical tanks. CR3037 is also recom-mended for continuous filament wind application to manufacture pipes and tanks.3037 conforms to BS 14020 and IS 11320.
