3B Fiberglass MF 01 ER are E-CR glass filaments ground to a specified density. MF 01 ER is designed to reinforce products like thermoplastics, thermoset resins, glues, coatings, and adhesives within a large range of applications and markets.MF 01 ER represents a main improvement compared to minerals when aiming for a higher stiffness and/or better impact properties in combination with specific properties, such as flow enhancement, flame retardancy, uniform isotropic shrinkage, resistance to acid environment, coating stability, etc. MF 01 ER can be collocated in between mineral fillers and most com-monly available milled fibers as it dis-plays an intermediate length/diameter aspect ratio. The product comes in a powdery form that provides both improved flowability/handling and low density.

3B Fiberglass DS 7720-14P is designed to reinforce polyacetals POM resins with glass fiber. Its sizing has been developed specifically for POM and presents good properties in term of chemical and hydrolysis resistance. DS7720-14P has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact norms: EC 10/2011 and FDA Its very light color allows this product to be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part.An innovative manufacturing technology provides DS7720-14P chopped strand with an excellent bulk density. 3B Fiberglass DS 1128-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA.When molded this product exhibits outstanding dry mechanical proper-ties, excellent hydrolysis/glycolysis resistance, high heat aging resis-tance and no sensitivity to mold release agents commonly used, such as calcium stearate. The product has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact and drinkable water norms (FDA, EC 10/2011, BfR and ACS).Its chemistry presents an excellent compatibility with flame retardant additives and impact modifiers.The performance in hydrolysis/glycolysis resistance is also very good.Therefore, the fiber is enhancing dry-as-molded and long-term properties, in a large range of natural and colored formulations.Finally, DS1135-10N is a multi-compatible chopped strand PA, with excellent strand integrity and bulk density.

The glass fiber is bonded with a silane coupling agent and the layers held toge-ther with a suitable binder. The M 8643 products contain an inso-luble binder compatible with a large range of thermoset matrices like both unfilled or filled unsaturated polyester (UP), vinyl ester (VE), epoxy (EP) and polyurethane (PU) resin systems. The M 8643 emulsion mat is ideally suited for pultrusion processes for wide, long and heavy parts but also for narrow and complex profiles. 3B Fiberglass DS 8800-11P is a glass chopped strand specifically designed to rein-force high performance thermoplastic polymers, including PPS, PES, PSU, PPSU, PEI and PEEK. Furthermore, it shows interesting benefits in reinfor-cing PBT resins. 3B’s state-of-the-art manufacturing technology provides to DS 8800-11P very good strand integri-ty and bulk density leading to smooth compounders feeding, with low fuzz generation. DS 8800-11P displays excellent dis-persion within a large range of resin viscosities, enabling high glass fiber contents (> 55%). 3B Fiberglass CR 2080 consists of multiple continuous strands of smaller tex made from 3B E-CR glass wound onto a bobbin shape without mechanical twist and is free from static electricity generation.Choppable Roving CR2080 is silane sized and specifically designed for Sheet Molding Coumpound (SMC) application. SMC Rovings find appli-cations in automotive parts, sectional panel tanks, electrical items.2080 conforms to BS 14020 and IS 11320.

3B Fiberglass WS 6050 is designed to rein-force gypsum wallboards with glass fiber.Its sizing has been specifically deve-loped to enhance gypsum adhesion to glass fiber, to provide outstanding fiber dispersion and distribution in gypsum slurry and superior flowabi-lity of the fiber. As a result, this product exhibits very good feeding properties to deliver a dosing flow consistency, and to drastically improve fire resistance and mechanical properties of the gypsum boards.

3B Fiberglass 183F-11C is designed to reinforce PBT, ABS, ABS blends (with PC, PBT, PET) and styreni.When molded these products exhibit outstanding dry mechanical properties, and especially a high impact resistance. 3B Fiberglass 122Y-14P is designed to reinforce polycarbonate PC compounds and blends, where specific adhesion with the thermoplastic resin is required (glass fiber loading > 15%). The product also brings excellent reinforcement properties in polyphenylene oxide PPO or polyphelylene ether PPE resins.Due to its specific sizing chemistry, 122Y-14P offers an excellent compromise between high dry as molded performances and white color. 3B Fiberglass 108F-14P is specifically designed to reinforce polycarbonate PC compounds with low glass fiber loading (5-15%).Its unique sizing technology results in exceptional performances in terms of dimensional stability, dispersion, mechanical properties and color. This product is not sensitive to flame retardant additives. 108F-14P is also very effective for the reinforcement of PVC resins.
