3B Fiberglass WS 6050 is designed to rein-force gypsum wallboards with glass fiber.Its sizing has been specifically deve-loped to enhance gypsum adhesion to glass fiber, to provide outstanding fiber dispersion and distribution in gypsum slurry and superior flowabi-lity of the fiber. As a result, this product exhibits very good feeding properties to deliver a dosing flow consistency, and to drastically improve fire resistance and mechanical properties of the gypsum boards.

Standard packaging for WS 6050-16W Wet Chopped Strand is a 1000 or 1150 kg polypropylene bag, with a conical bottom discharge. Plastic sheets are placed on the top of the bag and the load is fixed to the pallet with a stretch film (1 bag/pallet).Pallet size: 1150 x 1150 mm.Packaging in smaller quantities is available on request.

Storage & Handling

Storage

It is recommended to store wet chopped strand products indoor at room temperature and at a relative humidity of 50% ± 15%. The product should remain in its original packaging, sealed bags away from all sources of heat to avoid moisture loss, and away from low temperature to prevent it from freezing. It is recommended that material must be conditioned in the working place just prior to use. In case a packaging unit is only partly used, it should be immediately re-sealed
