3B Fiberglass DS 2200-13P is a 13 μm filament dia-meter, 4 mm long chopped glass fiber designed for production of Polyolefin compounds.DS 2200-13P shows outstanding compatibility with Polypropylene. This is the material of choice for very high glass content (up to 50 %wt) compound grades that require good fiber dispersion as well as mechanical properties. DS 2200-13P is also desig-ned for parts weathering in prolonged contact with water, detergents and glycol. DS 2200-13P can also be used in applications complying with strin-gent requirements of food contact and drinkable water standards EC 10/2011, FDA, BfR and ACS. 3B Fiberglass CR 2080 consists of multiple continuous strands of smaller tex made from 3B E-CR glass wound onto a bobbin shape without mechanical twist and is free from static electricity generation.Choppable Roving CR2080 is silane sized and specifically designed for Sheet Molding Coumpound (SMC) application. SMC Rovings find appli-cations in automotive parts, sectional panel tanks, electrical items.2080 conforms to BS 14020 and IS 11320.

3B Fiberglass DS 8800-11P is a glass chopped strand specifically designed to rein-force high performance thermoplastic polymers, including PPS, PES, PSU, PPSU, PEI and PEEK. Furthermore, it shows interesting benefits in reinfor-cing PBT resins. 3B’s state-of-the-art manufacturing technology provides to DS 8800-11P very good strand integri-ty and bulk density leading to smooth compounders feeding, with low fuzz generation. DS 8800-11P displays excellent dis-persion within a large range of resin viscosities, enabling high glass fiber contents (> 55%). 3B Fiberglass DS 1135-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA. The product has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact and drinkable water norms (FDA, EC 10/2011, BfR and ACS).Its chemistry presents an excellent compatibility with flame retardant additives and impact modifiers.The performance in hydrolysis/glycolysis resistance is also very good.Therefore, the fiber is enhancing dry-as-molded and long-term properties, in a large range of natural and colored formulations.Finally, DS1135-10N is a multi-compatible chopped strand PA, with excellent strand integrity and bulk density.

3B Fiberglass 108F-14P is specifically designed to reinforce polycarbonate PC compounds with low glass fiber loading (5-15%).Its unique sizing technology results in exceptional performances in terms of dimensional stability, dispersion, mechanical properties and color. This product is not sensitive to flame retardant additives. 108F-14P is also very effective for the reinforcement of PVC resins. 3B Fiberglass 122Y-14P is designed to reinforce polycarbonate PC compounds and blends, where specific adhesion with the thermoplastic resin is required (glass fiber loading > 15%). The product also brings excellent reinforcement properties in polyphenylene oxide PPO or polyphelylene ether PPE resins.Due to its specific sizing chemistry, 122Y-14P offers an excellent compromise between high dry as molded performances and white color.
