3B Fiberglass DS 2200-13P is a 13 μm filament dia-meter, 4 mm long chopped glass fiber designed for production of Polyolefin compounds.DS 2200-13P shows outstanding compatibility with Polypropylene. This is the material of choice for very high glass content (up to 50 %wt) compound grades that require good fiber dispersion as well as mechanical properties. DS 2200-13P is also desig-ned for parts weathering in prolonged contact with water, detergents and glycol. DS 2200-13P can also be used in applications complying with strin-gent requirements of food contact and drinkable water standards EC 10/2011, FDA, BfR and ACS. DS 2200-13P is supplied on a pel-letized form and offers outstanding feeding-to-extruder behavior as well as excellent fiber impregnation.DS 2200-13P’s sizing chemistry also requires reduced amount of coupling agents so that parts reach optimum mechanical performances.

3B Fiberglass DS 3185E-10N is designed to reinforce polyester PBT resins. When molded this product exhibits excellent dry mechanical properties and good color characteristics.DS 3185E-10N can also reinforce and show excellent performances in blends with PET and flame-retardant formulations. 3B Fiberglass DS 1128-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA.When molded this product exhibits outstanding dry mechanical proper-ties, excellent hydrolysis/glycolysis resistance, high heat aging resis-tance and no sensitivity to mold release agents commonly used, such as calcium stearate. It can also reinforce and offer excellent perfor-mances in all impact modified and flame retardant polyamide formula-tions. 3B Fiberglass DS 7720-14P is designed to reinforce polyacetals POM resins with glass fiber. Its sizing has been developed specifically for POM and presents good properties in term of chemical and hydrolysis resistance. 3B Fiberglass DS 8800-11P is a glass chopped strand specifically designed to rein-force high performance thermoplastic polymers, including PPS, PES, PSU, PPSU, PEI and PEEK. Furthermore, it shows interesting benefits in reinfor-cing PBT resins. 3B’s state-of-the-art manufacturing technology provides to DS 8800-11P very good strand integri-ty and bulk density leading to smooth compounders feeding, with low fuzz generation. 3B Fiberglass 108F-14P is specifically designed to reinforce polycarbonate PC compounds with low glass fiber loading (5-15%).Its unique sizing technology results in exceptional performances in terms of dimensional stability, dispersion, mechanical properties and color. This product is not sensitive to flame retardant additives. 108F-14P is also very effective for the reinforcement of PVC resins. An innovative manufacturing technology provides 108F-14P with a very good strand integrity and bulk density.
