Adana Sucrose esters also known as sucrose esters (SE), produced by esterification of sucrose and fatty acids, are mainly the mixture of monoester, diester and triester. Adana Sodium hexametaphosphate having the molecular formula Na6P6O18 is a colorless, transparent sheet or a white granular crystals, easily soluble in water, melting point 616 ℃ (decomposition), relative density 2.484 g/cm3 (20 ℃), high hygroscopicity, can absorb water and become glue-like exposed in the air.
