Suggested use levels are based on laboratory and field evaluations and are typical for the applications indicated. The actual level of ADD-2523 required for your system is formulation specific. The selection of the individual components of the formulation, the PVC level, the way of application like spraying, rolling or brushing, have an influence on the use level needed.

ADD-2523 is typically use at 0,10 % - 0,50 % wt. The optimum level within this range depends upon the severity of application conditions and composition of the product being used.
ADD-2523 is added near to the beginning of the grind and let down phase. It is not water-dispersible and should be added slowly at a point of good agitation.
ADD-2523 could be split into two parts ½ : ½ for processing defoaming and let down phase after dispersing.
ADD-2523 should be mixed well before use.
