ADD-3030 is a silicone-based additive to improve surface properties in all kinds of industrial coatings. It reduces surface tension providing better substrate wetting. ADD-3030 improves leveling and increases scratch and abrasion resistance.

ADD-4046 is a high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based coatings. It prevents reflocculation of pigments through steric hindrance and therefore stabilizes the color strength and hue of pigments in paints and pigment concentrates. ADD-4046 is preferably used in high performance solvent-based coatings but also in automotive coatings. It can be used as well in pigment concentrates.

ADD-2504 is a high performance liquid defoamer for aqueos coating and ink formulations. It is very suitable for food packaging inks, coatings & varnishes. ADD-2504 fulfill the Swiss Ordinance requirements, all ingredients used are listed in Part A of Annex 6.

ADD-3035 is a silicone surface additive designed especially for unsaturated polyester and epoxy resins. Due to the solvent used (Methoxypropanol), ADD-3035 is particularly suitable for aqueous coatings.

ADD-6212 is suitable for stabilizing inorganic pigments and extenders and strongly reduces mill-base viscosity. ADD-6212 is suitable for coatings and composite.

ADD-5044 is an anionic/cationic wetting and dispersing additive to improve the wetting of pigment surfaces and organically treated Bentonites and to reduce the time required for the grinding process. ADD-5044 is the standard wetting and dispersing additive for industrial and architectural coatings. Not only can it be used as a multi-purpose wetting and dispersing additive, but it can also be utilized to activate the organophilic Bentonites. ADD-5044 is suitable for coatings and composite.

ADD-4401 is a polyacrylate-based high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based coatings and solvent-based printing inks. ADD ADD-4401 shows a wide compatibility, from low- to high-polarity systems, including nitrocellulose.

ADD-2548 has been developed to produce rapid de-aeration of all kind of water based ink and coating formulations. It especially has been developed for rotation screen printing inks. It provides excellent bubble breaking and air release performance even at prolonged oven aging test it maintains its performance.

ADD-2022 is a silicone-based defoamer for solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems to prevent foam and bubble formation during paint production, filling and application. ADD-2022 can be used in coatings and printing inks.

ADD-5207 is a multi-purpose wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings to improve pigment wetting, reduce the time required for the grinding process and stabilize the pigment dispersion. It is especially developed for solvent-based architectural paints and general industrial coatings to stabilize TiO2, extenders and other inorganic and organic pigments. ADD-5207 can be used in coatings and printing inks.

ADD-3033 is a cost-effective silicone surface additive to provide good substrate wetting of critical substrates and excellent anti-cratering by reduction of surface tension of the coating systems. It also improves surface slip, scratch resistance and anti-blocking properties. ADD-3033 improves dust and spray dust acceptance and allows higher film thickness on vertical surfaces. It reduces air draft sensitivity particularly in wood coatings. ADD-3033 prevents formation of Bénard cells and improves flatting agent orientation. It is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

ADD-4010 is a polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic pigments and matting agents; carbon blacks and many organic pigments in all kinds of solvent-based paints from high performance industrial coatings to normal decorative paints.

It is specially used in systems in which solvent-free additives are requested or where a requirement for a special solvent exists. ADD-3231 can be used in coatings and printing inks.

ADD-3236 is a silicone surface additive with defoaming properties to improve the surface properties of coatings, with particular emphasis upon leveling, it increases surface slip and thus improves scratch and mar- resistance. ADD-3236 is a heat resistant due to the alkyl-modification, which shows no thermal decomposition at high temperatures in baking systems such as coil coatings (up to 280°C for 15 minutes).

ADD-2021 is a silicone-free defoamer with leveling properties for various solvent-based resin systems. ADD-2021 functions well during the application of paints and lacquers, and also prevents the entrapment of air during processing steps such as stirring and pumping. ADD-2021 can be used in coatings and printing inks.

ADD-2025 is a silicone-based foam control additive for solvent-based coatings. It can prevent foam and bubble formation during paint production, filling and application.

ADD-5010 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based coatings to improve pigment wetting, reduce the grinding time and stabilize the pigment dispersion. Deflocculation of the pigments stabilizes hue and color strength and prevents flooding and floating. ADD-5010 drastically reduces viscosity and improves gloss and leveling of the coatings. It is suitable for stabilizing inorganic pigments and extenders in particular titanium dioxide, and strongly reduces mill-base viscosity. It reduces haze in inorganic pigmented coatings in electrostatic spraying applications. ADD-5010 is suitable for coatings and composite.

ADD-6220 is a multi-functional dispersion control additive to stabilize all kinds of pigments and extenders in water- and solvent-based systems. Due to the absence of solvents, ADD-6220 can be used as a wetting and dispersing agent for VOC-free applications. It is specially designed to make the polar ingredients of universal colorants, which are used in non-polar solvent-based white paints more compatible. ADD-6220 is suitable for coatings.

ADD-3031 is a silicone surface additive to provide good substrate wetting of critical substrates and excellent anti-cratering by reduction of surface tension of the coating systems. It also improves surface slip, scratch resistance and anti-blocking properties. ADD-3031 is a heat resistant silicone additive, which shows no thermal decomposition at temperatures between 150°C and 230°C. Due to its low surface tension, it prevents floating of pigments, Bénard cells and pinholing. It is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

ADD-4100 is a high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based coatings. It prevents reflocculation of pigments through steric hindrance and therefore stabilizes the color strength and hue of pigments in paints and pigment concentrates. ADD-4100 is preferably used in high performance solvent-based coatings but also in automotive coatings. It can be used as well in pigment concentrates.

ADD-3239 is a silicone-based leveling additive with defoaming properties. It improves the surface properties of solventbased and solvent-free coatings with particular emphasis upon leveling. With a slight influence on surface tension, ADD-3239 can impart defoaming properties to the system. It is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones but insoluble in water. Sometimes it is necessary to dilute this 100% active material with a compatible solvent to improve its compatibility in a particular system. ADD-3239 is suitable for coatings and composite.

ADD-3034 is a silicone surface additive designed for substrate wetting, anti-cratering and leveling of the coatings. Due to the fluorocarbon modification, ADD-3034 has very low surface tension and is extremely compatible with most paint systems, both water- and solvent-based industrial coatings.

ADD-2020 is a silicone-free defoamer for solvent-based coatings, solvent-based printing inks and composite to prevent foam formation during production, filling and application. ADD-2020 displays spontaneous defoaming properties and demonstrates no negative influence on inter-coat adhesion when overcoated. Due to its strong incompatibility (better defoaming properties), the influence upon the transparency of clear systems and upon cratering must be evaluated. When used in the ink industry, it reduces the accumulation of foam in the ink pan or reservoir during the printing process.
