Advanced Biotech Difurfuryl Sulfide 4020 is a pale yellow to brown liquid or solid that has a meaty odor. This product has the chemical name of 2,2' - Thiodimethylene difuran and is used as an artificial flavoring in food products. Difurfuryl Sulfide 4020 has a boiling point of 135°C - 143°C/14 mm when in liquid form and a melting point of 29 - 34 °C when in solid form. This product is insoluble in water and soluble in most organic solvents.
