Advanced Biotech Synthetic Vanillin 2063 consists of white to very pale yellow crystals, which have a vanilla - like odor. It is partly soluble in water and is soluble in alcohol, ether, acetone, benzene and chloroform. It is used as an artificial flavoring agent. Synthetic Vanillin 2063 is widely used in food applications such as chocolate, ice - creams, soft drinks, confectionery, pastry/ baking or sugars containing vanilla.
