Sunflower Expeller (Animal Feed)

Sunflower Expeller (Animal Feed) is obtained exclusively by mechanical pressing methods from sunflower grains (Helianthus annus L.).

During this process no organic solvent is used (hexane free), which results in a product with a higher content of fat matter (expeller) (compared to conventional sunflower pellets) that provides a plus of energy for animal nutrition.

Our sunflower expeller has the same typical protein, fiber and ash values as conventional sunflower pellets.

By having a lower moisture content, it means a net savings when used in formulated foods.

Our sunflower expeller, due to its high content of fat, has greater acceptability and greater palatability for livestock.
