AK Biotech Food grade Chitosan oligosaccharide is manufactured from chitosan decomposition by special enzyme. Chitosan oligosaccharide is soluble in water and has low molecular weight, and this makes it suitable as an ingredient in food, health care products and medicine. Food grade chitosan oligosaccharide has other names such as chitosan oligomer, chitooligosaccharide, chitosanoligosaccharide, etc.

AK Biotech Food grade Chitin is white or off-white amorphous flake or powder. Chitin can’t be dissolved in water, dilute acid, dilute alkali, concentrated alkali and ordinary organic solution. Chitin is basic raw material to manufacture chitosan and glucosamine. Food grade chitin: from deep-sea and high quality crab shell, such as Alaska snow crab legs.
