- ALDOPRIME 708 may be used as a prime coat over a wide range of substrates which include, but are not limited to, wood, metal, concrete, masonry, various single ply membranes, spray polyurethane foam and most commonly used roof coatings.
- It is pigmented black or dark gray to speed the curing process and increase roof surface temperature before application of spray polyurethane foam or roof coatings.
- The environmentally safe formulation makes ALDOPRIME 708 the ideal solution for indoor applications.
- Application Instructions
- Medium nap rollers or conventional airless spray equipment may be used to apply ALDOPRIME 708.
- Apply product only to clean, dry surfaces free of loose particles or other foreign matter.
- Pressure washing is required on metal surfaces showing signs of oxidation.
- Apply ALDOPRIME 708 at the rate of 3/4 - 1 gallon per 100 sq.ft, according to substrate and condition.
- Normal drying time is 1 - 3 hours.

- ALDOPRIME 708 is a water-based acrylic primer, which will freeze and become unusable at temperatures below 32°F.
- Protect from freezing during shipment and storage.
- Do not store material at temperatures below 45°F.
- Do not apply ALDOPRIME 708 when ambient air and substrate temperatures fall below 45°F, or when inclement weather is forecast.
- Do not leave ALDOPRIME 708 exposed to elements beyond 48 hours as weathering and dirt pick up will compromise adhesive performance properties.
