EBECRYL® 8811 is a clear liquid radiation-curable coating designed for the paints and coatings and printing and packaging markets. The formulation is bisphenol A-free and emphasizes a low carbon footprint (PCF), while also being solvent-free, tin-free, and voc-free. Suited for building and construction paints, wood coatings and finishes, industrial coatings, and specialty coatings, it facilitates application through methods such as curtain coating, dip coating, gravure coating, roller, and slot-die on wood substrates, employing radiation cure technology.

Formulated UV/EB curable products containing EBECRYL® 8811 may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die,knife over roll, air knife, curtain and immersion coating methods.

EBECRYL® 8811 is recommended for use in:
  • Applications that must meet regulations for tin, heavy metal and quinone content
  • Coatings for wood, cement and composite flooring
  • Adhesives or sealants cured with low intensity lamps
  • Flexible coatings requiring rapid cure in air.
