EBECRYL® 884 is an undiluted polyester acrylate resin designed for radiation-curable coatings. Films of EBECRYL® 884, when cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB), exhibit high flexibility and excellent abrasion resistance. This resin is recommended for various applications, including parquet floor coatings, furniture coatings, plastic coatings, and resilient flooring. Some of its features include faster cycle time, low-temperature curing, low energy consumption, a good balance of properties, improved flexibility, and a long pot life.

Care should be taken not to expose radiation curable products to temperatures exceeding 40°C for prolonged periods or to direct sunlight. This might cause uncontrollable polymerization of the product with generation of heat.
