SETALUX® 17-7202 is an acetoacetate functional acrylic resin, to create the NISO nonisocyanate "Ketac" system primer. This innovative system ensures rapid dry and cure speeds at room temperature. Additionally, the "Ketac" system offers commendable sanding capabilities, robust adhesion to various substrates, and excellent enamel holdout. Suitable for 2K coatings, solventborne coatings, solventless/high solids coatings, and 1K coatings. Notable features include corrosion resistance and low-temperature curing. Applications extend to marine coatings and vehicle refinish, where the formulation excels in performance.

In the original sealed containers, this product is stable for 3 years at temperatures up to 100°F. Care should be taken not to expose the product to high temperature conditions, direct sunlight, ignition sources, oxidizing agents, alkalis or acids. Storage and handling should be in stainless steel, amber glass, amber polyethylene or baked phenolic lined containers. Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep container tightly closed. Use with adequate ventilation.
