SYNTHACRYL® 700 is a TMA-free and VOC-free powder coating designed for the automotive and transportation, paints and coatings, and printing and packaging markets. It serves multiple applications, including automotive OEM coatings, industrial coatings such as coil and metal, various packaging coatings like can, film, and foil, and overprint varnishes. Compatible with metal substrates, this product appears as pale granules in its solid form, featuring matting properties.

SETALUX® 81198 SS-55 YA is an acrylic polyol with a calculated hydroxyl content of 4.0% based on non-volatiles. This acrylic polyol is specially modified with a sag control agent (SCA), offering properties that make it well-suited for automotive OEM coatings. It provides high build and gloss, along with a high sagging limit, ensuring application flexibility. With fast drying characteristics, excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance, and good clarity after drying at room temperature, SETALUX® 81198 SS-55 YA delivers a high-end hardness and demonstrates good adhesion results on metallic base coats. SETALUX® 91767 VX-60 is an acrylic polyol with a hydroxyl content of 4.5% (calculated on non-volatiles), and it is modified with a sag control agent (SCA). This formulation imparts excellent anti-sagging effects, contributing to good appearance, adhesion, durability, chemical resistance, and petrol resistance. SETALUX® 91767 VX-60 is well-suited for automotive OEM coatings and vehicle refinish applications. EBECRYL® 341 is a silicone-free slip additive master batch, enhances slip between cured coatings, promoting good inter-coat adhesion and glueability. SETALUX® 1850 SA-50 is a hydroxyfunctional microgel containing acrylic copolymers. SETALUX® 91757 VX-60 is a thermosetting hydroxylated acrylic copolymer solution designed for combination with amino resins. This formulation is further modified with a sag-control agent (SCA). It offers excellent gloss, good mechanical properties, solvent and acid resistance, strong adhesion, and excellent performance in accelerated weathering tests. The inclusion of a sag control agent ensures a good sagging limit, and the formulation exhibits excellent application properties. SETALUX® 91757 VX-60 is particularly suitable for use in automotive OEM coatings. SETALUX® 91756 VS-60 is a hydroxylated acrylic resin modified with a sag control agent (SCA). It features high solids content at spraying viscosity, providing excellent hardness, very good filling power, excellent gloss, good outdoor durability, and good chip resistance. This formulation also exhibits very good petrol resistance, solvent resistance, acid resistance, and a good sagging limit.
