Royal Jelly Lyophilized is obtained after the moisture is removed from the fresh royal jelly, which consists of approx. 67% water, through the process of freeze-drying (lyophilization). The result is a crystalline powder with an increased content of the naturally occurring but valuable free fatty acid 10-HDA. Freeze-drying not only makes Royal Jelly last longer, but also increases the range of applications, since it can be processed more efficiently due to its powder form, but it can also be brought back to its original aggregate state by adding water. This product is of pharmaceutical/food quality with analysis.
