- To make high yield yellow sheet cakes or yellow Bundt cake.
- Yellow Cake base...............525 g.(19 oz.)
- Whole eggs......................150 g.(5.0oz.)
- Canola oil........................100 g.(3.0oz.)
- Butter..............................40 g.(1.5 oz.)
- Whole milk......................140 g.(3.0oz.)
- Water............................24 g.(1.0oz.)
- Blend oil, butter, milk, eggs and water in mixer with paddle attachment. Mix until smooth. Add Yellow CakeBase and blend for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down bowl and mix for another 3 minutes on speed 2. Pour batter into pan 2/3 full.Bake in a sheet pan at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour, 15 minutes or a round pan at 325°F for 50-55 minutes. Suggestion:For chocolate flavored yellow cake, add PS10930 Cocoa Paste to account for 7% of the total recipe.
