  • To make high yield yellow sheet cakes or yellow Bundt cake.
  1. Yellow Cake base...............525 g.(19 oz.)
  2. Whole eggs......................150 g.(5.0oz.)
  3. Canola oil........................100 g.(3.0oz.)
  4. Butter..............................40 g.(1.5 oz.)
  5. Whole milk......................140 g.(3.0oz.)
  6. Water............................24 g.(1.0oz.)
  • Blend oil, butter, milk, eggs and water in mixer with paddle attachment. Mix until smooth. Add Yellow CakeBase and blend for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down bowl and mix for another 3 minutes on speed 2. Pour batter into pan 2/3 full.Bake in a sheet pan at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour, 15 minutes or a round pan at 325°F for 50-55 minutes. Suggestion:For chocolate flavored yellow cake, add PS10930 Cocoa Paste to account for 7% of the total recipe.
