AQUAFIN® PRO-Tekt Trafficoat is the base coat in the PRO-Tekt Traffic Deck System. It is a 2-component, solvent free, hybrid polyurea/polyurethane base coat, designed to be used in combination with the Trafficoat intermediate coat to provide a fully elastomeric traffic system for concrete structures.

VAPORTIGHT COAT® SG2 is a unique 2-component, alkali resistant, moisture tolerant, extremely high density and chemically enhanced epoxy based product which prevents capillary infiltration of oil and other chemicals from the ground. Applied in one coat, SG2 reduces the passage of water vapor and moisture through slabs and walls, thus eliminating delamination of adhesives, floor coverings and coatings.

AQUAFIN® InjectProECO-SEAL is a water activated, flexible, hydrophilic polyurethane injection grout with high tensile and bonding strengths. InjectProECO-SEAL is designed for sealing leaking cracks or joints in below grade concrete structures with continuous moisture exposure. InjectProECO grouts are formulated with the newest phthalate free technology to be enviornmentally friendly and contain zero VOC’s.

VAPORTIGHT COAT® SG4 is a rapid setting 2-component, moisture tolerant, low viscosity, solvent free, chemically enhanced epoxy based product which reduces the passage of water vapor and moisture through slabs on, below and above grade as well as split slabs, thus eliminating delamination of adhesives, floor coverings and coatings. SG4 meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM F3010-13 Standard Practice for Two-Component Resin Based Membrane-Forming Moisture Mitigation Systems for Use Under Resilient Floor Coverings.

AQUAFIN® 1K is a cement-based, polymer modifi ed, waterproof coating. Mixed with water it forms a dense, rigid surface barrier. It consists of portland cement, well raded quartz sand and polymer enhanced chemical ingredients.

AQUAFIN® 2K/M is a state-of the art, asbestos free, cementitious, acrylic emulsion based, flexible protective coating and waterproof barrier. This product is two-component (powder and liquid) and resistant to water and mild abrasion.

AQUAFIN® PRO-Tekt Topcoat PA is a solvent-free, 100% solids, 2-component, aliphatic, polyaspartic, polyurea coating designed to withstand pedestrian and vehicular traffic. It is used as the topcoat in the Pro-Tekt Traffic Deck System.

AQUAFIN® PRO-Tekt Flexcoat is a product of the latest technology in a component based on deep-penetrating cement for waterproofing sound structures, new or old, built of concrete or concrete block resist hydrostatic pressure without forming a barrier and allows steam to escape.

AQUAFIN® IC (IntegraCoat) is a state-of the art one component, penetrating cementitious material which waterproofs and protects new or old structurally sound concrete. It resists strong hydrostatic pressure and is not a vapor barrier (allows concrete to “breathe”). AQUAFIN-IC is powered by Aquafin‘s advanced crystalline technology which chemically reacts with moisture and free lime to reduce the water absorption of the resultant cement matrix within the concrete. This is a result of the formation of nano-scale crystals by the active catalysts present in the capillary system. This sustains a durable waterproof effect in the concrete, thereby blocking the passage of water. This reaction will continue to take place anytime water is present for the life of the concrete structure where by making the AQUAFIN-IC a truely permanent and integral waterproofing solution. The AQUAFIN-IC nano-crystals will also grow in and along static hairline crack sealing them and preventing further incoming water.
