We are dedicated to the integral Industrialization of Tara (Caesalpinia Spinoza (MOLINA) Kuntze) from which tare is obtained in powder or tannins with wide use in the ecological tannery industry; tara gum used in the food and non-food industry; protein concentrate as a fortifier of various foods for human, animal and fish consumption, for this we have trained personnel and a processing plant equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

ARGOS EXPORT SA is a leading company at the national level in the processing of tara gum, which is known in the European Union as E-417 or Peruvian Locust Bean Gum.

Our products are made under international quality standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices and the HACCP System. In addition, our products have KOSHER Certification that guarantees the safety, quality and purity of the products we process.

Argos Export S.A. KIWICHA or amaranthus, is a native grain from Peru, it grows between 1,000 and 3,200 above the sea level. characterized for having all the essential aminoacids that are required by our organism,such as Lisina(*)among others. The nutritional value is high because of 13% of proteins. Kiwicha, is a natural product, it is obtained after a special cleanning for its presentation like grains or cereals. Active Principle: Essential aminoacids (Lisin), Minerals (Calcium, Phosphorus, iron) and vitamins (B1, B2, C).

Argos Export S.A. TARA POWDER - ARGOSTAN is a native Peruvian tree. It grows in the Andean valleys.The pod (fruit) is approximately 9 cm. of length and 1 or 2 of wide. The fruit is the part used and it is the source of tannins. The seeds are processed to obtain of the gum.

Argos Export S.A. TARA GERM- GERMEAL is 100% natural flour obtained by the physical-mechanical processes of Tara Gum, such as selection, grinding and micro - atomization. It is a rich ingredient in proteins and free of tannins, with a healthy content of essential amino acids like tryptophan.

Argos Export S.A. QUINUA is considered one of the richest protein grains, due to its content of amino acids such as: Leucina, isoleucina, metionina, fenilalanina, treonina, triptofano and valina. The concentration of Lisina in the protein of Quinua is considered almost the double compared with other cereals and gramineas. Besides, the content of vitamins such as complex B, vitamin C, E and tiamina, riboflavina; free of cholesterol and it has a good mineral content such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and calcium among others. It is ideal for people who cannot consume milk and dairy products by their calcium source.

Argos Export S.A. TARA GUM- TAGUM is obtained from the endosperm of the Tara seed (Caesalpinia Spinoza), it is extracted by mechanical physical processes, then is submitted to a process of purification, being qualified as a completely healthy and harmless product, free of polluting agents, which is appropriate for the food industry. Tara Gum is a polysaccharide of high molecular weight formed by units of galactose and mannose, joined by the glycosidic bonds called galactomannan.
