We are dedicated to the integral Industrialization of Tara (Caesalpinia Spinoza (MOLINA) Kuntze) from which tare is obtained in powder or tannins with wide use in the ecological tannery industry; tara gum used in the food and non-food industry; protein concentrate as a fortifier of various foods for human, animal and fish consumption, for this we have trained personnel and a processing plant equipped with state-of-the-art technology. ARGOS EXPORT SA is a leading company at the national level in the processing of tara gum, which is known in the European Union as E-417 or Peruvian Locust Bean Gum. Our products are made under international quality standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices and the HACCP System.
